On camera, the golf balls were definitely easier to see with the glasses.
It removes the background noise and lets you focus on the balls
I'd say it works and I went into it thinking pfft that's dumb
He should have looked before putting the glasses on. They’re for initial spotting. Once you eye knows where to look they’re not needed.

I use different colored balls. Like neon yellow and neaon green and my kids gave me pink/blue/purple balls last year. Will it make the blue balls disappear? (Geez don't read that out of context🤦♀️)
You're right...they all kinda work,but really aren't worth it.
The golf ball finder probably is. Golf balls can be crazy expenaive. And just not wasting time finding a ball

I laughed so hard watching you try to get Bailey into that wet suit! Seeing her hop around just made my day! The sassy look Daisy gave you is something my dog would do too.
Watching that reminded me of Ralphie on A Christmas Story, having to put on that bunny rabbit suit and hating it.
Why is the name of whatever would anyone put something like that on their dog?! My dog hates clothing unless it's really cold outside, and even then it's a little sweater.

A lot of animals will do that with any types of clothing. Normally they get used to it over time. Animals just find it weird. imagine never wearing cloths and then putting on cloths for the first time.

Zoologist here saying be careful with the Shed Defender. If it's holding in dog hair that means your dog can't easily self regulate temperature by shedding. What this means is that your pup will overheat faster in high temperatures than a dog not wearing it.
I'm not saying it's bad (can definitely help with anxiety issues in some dogs) just be cognizant of the heat issue and provide extra water. Also be prepared for more drooling as they'll have to cool their body down somehow.
Jaime Johnesee finally someone else who gets it. I saw some people comment that it would not overheat a dog bc "that's now how this works" dogs don't sweat that way etc 🤦
Someone buying a fry holder is probably not buying small fries!

I haven't seen the vid yet but...In the UK we call "fry holders" forks.
Only sloppy people eat in their cars and that's being said very mildly.

Even in this video the difference is drastic. The thing is that he kind of has an idea of where they're located because he only threw them 30-40 yards, and there are multiple balls clustered in close proximity to one another, if he were hitting 1 ball 1000 meters and had to find it from a distance they'd be a god send.

I'd say they would be more useful at finding the balls from a distance so you could head out in the right direction.
He didn't really utilize them for locating the ball while it is in the air, which I would think would be very helpful on a hole where it's harder to track the ball from the tee.. I also agree that it made a noticeable difference in the grass, especially the taller grass.

I think the fry holder might also be good for holding juice boxes or drink pouches like Capri Sun. That might make it worthwhile to have in the backseat for the kids.
I was thinking that as well, but then again I've never let my nieces, and nephews in my car with any kind of Juice box/bag, they have to have a cup with a sealed lid.
Poor Bailey and Daisy! 😂 Of course the sweater would work, any sweater would work but most dogs wouldn't like that and they look silly.
I'm not a dog person, but the looks Bailey and Daisy gave you were so precious and there was no question with those looks meant!
For the dog shedding product, I think the couple of points they made about UV protection and medical uses (like maybe if your dog had a ointment you didn't want them to lick that went over a large area, it would be better than a cone for long term use) is what they should market it for. If you care that much about getting hair everywhere, you shouldn't get a dog.
The shed defender looked uncomfortable, plus what's the material? Is it breathable?
I feel like trapping all that hair in there might overheat the dog.

My first thought after I stopped laughing when you first started to put Bailey in that suit was, "I wonder if he had this much trouble getting clothes on his kids when they were young?"

I remember Victoria, the dog trainer from It's Me or the Dog talk about dog clothes. She explained in one episode how covering as much of your dog as the ShedDefebder (especially the underside) increases the anxiety because 1. they are constantly constraint and feel claustrophobic and 2. Other dogs can no longer smell them, confusing and making those dogs even more aggressive.
I remember one episode in particular where two small dogs were at each other's throats all the time... the owners were told to ditch the outfits and the dogs immediately calmed down.
I heard about that laser keyboard tech years ago and wondered why it was never incorporated directly into smartphones. But now I know why; the response time is way too slow. Thanks for the video!

Dang holographic keyboard, I've always wanted to play doom with one
Projected keyboards has been around for probably ten years or more, and they were never really good. The first models I saw was just for Wow factor. The amazing thing wasn't that they was good but that they worked at all. But the bling factor was through the roof, for about ten minutes and then they ended up in a drawer never to be used again.
This one was almost useful, but as noted it wasn't fast and really lack any kind of tactile feedback. That's why they have that beep telling you that it has registered a keypress.
In a way that was the same problem that has prevented desktop integrated touch keyboards from becoming a thing. That and the cost. These has also been around since what feels like forever, or at least the 80's. I think there was one shown in the movie Tron...
Back in the 90's I looked at some desks with these integrated in the glass top. When activated the keyboard layout was lit up from under the glass and you were supposed to use it instead of a normal keyboard. It did work, and was perhaps just slightly better than this laser projected keyboard. Still it wasn't something you would want to write anything more than a very short note on. Lacking tactile feedback is a big thing. On a regular keyboard you even have a dimple marking the F and J keys to help you with finger placement. On these projected keyboards you have nothing like that and has to keep track of positioning with your eyes. So even if they can speed up and improve "keypress" detection until it's perfect every time and close to instant it still won't be as good to type on as a cheap keyboard. Even a roll up rubber keyboard has more feedback than this.
As for playing Doom on it... Back in the day I once tried to play Doom on a notebook that had a choice of an integrated trackball or a trackpad, and the winner was none of the above. I can only imagine the pain trying to play Doom on a projected keyboard...

Those glasses look like they work really well, especially when you’re further away from them. Being close to them really doesn’t show the difference
For the golf ball glasses, you should have your son/cameraman throw the balls forward without you looking as far as possible and you try to locate them with and without the glasses. Repeat a few times. Record the times and see which one is faster.
Shed defender is a nice way to overheat your dogs. How is this product legal?
What? Are you in Malaysia lol. For use indoors only. I would hope for your dogs sake you have ac indoors. Therefore no? The dog wouldn't overheat indoors. As the Intended purpose is stopping hair from getting on floor or furniture. So don't let your dog run outside in heat with this on? It's common sense buddy.
@@BitchyBoxxy The dog already has a fur coat and you're putting another, skin-tight jacket on top of that. Yeah, shits gonna get hot. Don't put jumpsuits on your dog.

@@badbirdkc dogs actually sweat through panting and their paw pads. I used to groom dogs and people would ask to have their double coats dogs shaved because they were "too hot". Thats not how their coats work bud.

That was very comical with the dogs, it really made me laugh 😆! The shedding suit looked too small especially for Bailey and I agree with you on that I rather clean up behind them than make them feel uncomfortable wearing it.
Love your reviews and never do I get tired of them! Please keep them coming. I gotta say those golf glasses do really work very well! Try it on a cloudy day and you'll probably be able to see them even better, unlike the naked eye where if it's sunny, you see them better. But what if it's not sunny? Try that out and I'll be surprised to see those results
My corgi/Jack/beagle hated wearing the sweater my mom bought her...she just stood there traumatized. Tried on and then to Goodwill.
I’m on my second dog. A rat terrier and a pit. They both like sweaters.
Maybe you can use those blue glasses to find any crack you dropped on the shag carpet

Fry holder I could see for a small notebook and pen. Maybe more useful for kids when traveling to keep them occupied. Like you said though you lose a cupholder. Also price point 13.00 to lose a drink spot.

Double space will automatically add a period. So i guess that might be why they put the period up top coz it wont be as necessary?
Typing was never really an art; it was meant as a way to write more efficiently. The keyboard and how they work may be (eg switches, layouts, build quality) but not typing in itself.
@@SoulcatcherLucario have you seen or heard someone that types 120 word per minute? Yes it's an improvement on speed and others being able to read. Art depends on how you define art.
@577AllWell agreed to that, and I honestly miss cellphones with hardware keyboards. I could type out a txt in 1/2 the time on my old LG900G than any of my modern Moto G Android phones with the onscreen keyboard. I've gone as far when I'm at work, home, or any other place when mobile where I can sit with my laptop on a WiFi connection to answering txt with Google messages for web on a real keyboard. I also collect, and restore keyboards as a hobby, and the current daily driver on my main PC is a Cherry G80 -11900 with Cherry MX Black keys, so take that for what you will.

LOVE the golf ball glasses. they really seem to work, and I'd for sure use them. I doubt I'd wear them the entire day, but for sure I'd keep them in my pocket to find where I hit my ball.

I found one of those french fry would be great for little kids who are in car seats. Put it in the cup holder on the car seat or and they can just pull out a fry and not make a mess in your car.

Golf ball glasses are not for up close, they're for seeing the ball from far away and that's where they do make a difference. As a golfer, I still wouldn't buy them.
He only tested white balls. I wonder how the glasses work on red balls or yellow balls.
I think those glasses would work really well for older folks. Your eyes yellow as they age, so a white ball would look slightly yellow and blend in much more easily. The lenses made them look like they were glowing on camera; so there's probably a limited market, but I bet the folks that use them love them.

I think the idea with the golf ball finding glasses isn't to make the golf balls stand out more, but rather to make everything else stand out less
Blue sunglasses are about the second worst things you can do to your eyes. The worst? Using an ultraviolet flashlight.

The laser keyboard with be cool if it had a projector in the back that would project your phone screen onto a wall.

Those glasses seem useful for Golfers with Myopia (Nearsightedness) ! I couldn't see the Balls without them in your video.
With the Fry Holder I just pick from the bag. That works enough for me.
With the Golf Ball finder: I feel like it made them pop out a little more. But I imagine wearing them constantly would be headache inducing.
I remember I wanted one of those laser keyboards, I think they were over $150 when I wanted them. Now, I would miss the feeling of actual keys, and I couldn't type without constantly looking at the laser array.
That doggy wet suit is hilarious. My dog gets excited putting on her harness, and can make it a struggle. I imagine a full suit would be hard.

As much as Bailey didn't like the wet suit, he let you put it on. I have a 15-pound dog and I can't get boots on her paws for the life of me. I live in Iowa where the winters get bitter cold and her paws have to be freezing cold when she goes out to go pee.

That pet onsie would probably work better in a colder climate. A dog might actually appreciate one of those in a harsh northern winter. But in the desert, that would probably be dangerous, especially on an extremely furry dog like that, they could get heat stroke.
