1 month ago I watched the 10K sub thank you video. Watched this today and noticed it's almost 25K subs. Given how simply you break things down it's no wonder you racked up that many subs in a month. Well done as always!
Great tks! I also use my phone and an interface direct into the phone (the beauty about edrums) and the sound quality is phenomenal. Crystal clear. You deff don't need an expensive camera coz then you're gonna need expensive lighting too. Just make sure that the phone your gonna use has OTG and you'll have direct in stereo sound.
@@MnyFrNthng You plug headphones into the module, and if you're gonna do a cover, plug your music source into the module too (I use my iPad to play back the music)
@@ianhinrichsendrummer2113 How do you capture the audio in your camera? Do you make a connection from the module to the phone? I have an amp and two guitar speakers. So my module is connected to it. I was thinking to give the audio to the speakers while recording. But if there is another way, I would be glad to try it. I also thought about recording a wav file on the module and transfer it to the computer to combine with the video but the kick drum interestingly records much higher than what I hear on headphones or speaker so it does not sound good on that module file. I have TD17 module.
Yes, it can be a little tedious but the more I’ve done it, the easier it’s gotten and playing in time to the recording as close as possible helps too. Sometimes I’ve been slightly off from the track and had to re-record another take. If you can get a hold of video editing software that allows you to see the sound waves of your audio as well as the track audio, it will make it a lot easier!
really helpful video! it'd be really cool if you could possibly make a video kind of just explaining a drum kit piece by piece and give your opinions on what brands and stuff sound good. also - what headphones do you personally use to hear the song while playing?
Hi, great video! When you put on headphones, how do you know when the song you are playing along will start and how to hit the first stroke on drums that it would matched exactly with song begining?
informative video. I noticed your room doesnt have any sound absorbing stuff. When i record to my cell phone it sounds very boomy. How do you get it to sounds more like a studio? many thanks..
Try balancing the audio of the song and your drum track. Sometimes my covers may need the drums above the track audio it’s visa versa. Usually it’s about 75% drums with 75% song but sometimes I need one louder than the other for it to sound good. Try experimenting with the levels!
I used movie maker on my computer for most of my drum covers but I’ve also pulled it off with iMovie on my phone more recently and that’s what I use to edit all my videos
I don't play the drums, nor do I make videos but it's good info

Do you connect your drum module output to your phone? How do you hear the drums in that case? (I assume you use headphones, too.)

I appreciate it.
Nice sound and awesome intention. I support your video!!!
👏👏👏
Super helpful video and humble demeanor. Helped me a lot so thank you kind sir. May I ask if Spotify songs can be put into an audio slot?
Good job bro
When lining up the recording with the audio, you just line it up yourself by ear? I’ve had a hard time doing that

Any headphones work. Just make sure they are loud enough
How do you play the background track that you drum along to?
You should use reaper, it has th soundwaves and it's free! Great for audio and video making

I’m having trouble lining up my cover I want to do with the song I want to play to, it’s very annoying! Any tips?
