We were cat-sitting for Jun's family for about a week. I never in my life thought I'd say this but 4 CATS ARE WAY TOO MANY.

Living with 4 young cats is like playing whack-a-mole, except instead of whacking moles you're knocking cats off things they're not supposed to be on. I didn't get much work done that week. I have a newfound respect for Jun's mom watching our cats so often.
I am sure this is gonna be a very funny week with the 4 Cats :D I hope you make a few Videos with the 4 Cats, but anyway, Poki is still the only Cat that Meows all the time :D
They are so cute together though. Did they all try to sleep with you guys at night? My cat for some reason has to burrow under the covers and sleep right behind my legs to where if I move I would accidentally kick her.
So sleeping is a chore. :( Poor Haku just wants to play and they are like nope go away!
I've just realised how much Poki looks like a cat I once had!! He looked so much like Poki! Though the black marks on Ninja's mouth looked more like beauty marks xD Wow..brings back a whole lot of memories.. :')

Pichi should get adopted because I think its taxing for her with her twitchy one eye to keep up with the others playful needs and two because they're going to be moving to a different place and she would have problems adjusting all over again in a big house this time
@@naehalmulazim they're keeping her. Plus it'll be way less stressful for her to adjust to a new house than a new house + family. and that's if they found someone to take her.

Lol. Poki is all "If the others don't want to play. I WILL" lol.. Funny how every time you tried to play with the other cats, here comes Poki. XD. He reminds me so much of my cat Lizzy. I try to get my other cat Terra to play, and she'll start a little, but Lizzy never wants to be left out, so will end up stealing her toy in the end.

aaw.. Poki reminds of a childhood book i used to read, which was from my mom's childhood too. it was about this cat, who had lost his tail when he was a Kitten (a rat bit it off), and so he gets bullied by the other cats, cause he is different. but he always ends up saving the day and finding some true friends, even though he is not like the others. i loved that story, it was called "Pelle haleløs" or "Pelle the tailless" in english. 😊

someone told me the other day they hate cats I just stared at them for a second in silence and was like .... But Why?
Probably never owned one and is just going off other people's cats. Cats are great, but a whole hell of a lot of them are aloof and standoffish to human guests they're not familiar with, unlike dogs. I have two cats and one of them loves strangers and one doesn't. They're both cuddly, but the shy one is way more cuddly and loving than the one who isn't shy. Like literally gives hugs and wants to be carried around like a baby. Unfortunately, you would never know it unless you slept on our couch for a couple of days and gave the shy one time to get used to you.
same i have 2 cats ones friendly one is really anti social. I have 2 dogs too but I'm not really a dog person for some reason
Chauna I used to be a dog person. Then I realized how great cats are, and how shitty dogs can be when owned by people who have no idea how to own dogs, which seems to be most people where I live now (moved from suburbs to city). You can't just let dogs do whatever they want. They're big, they're loud, they're destructive, they're dangerous. They need you to take charge, and if you can't, you have no right to own one. So many people just let their dogs bark incessantly and it makes me so angry that I just want to slap them. I know one woman whose dog badly bit like five people, including me (my entire left buttocks was bruised and scraped to hell and it hurt to sit for a week), and it's like wtf. If you can't even stop your dog from mauling people, it needs to be put down. You failed as an owner, you're not in control. Stop making excuses, stop being a garbage person that cares more about your dangerous animal than the safety of other human beings. Dogs are great, but dog owners are far too often the absolute worst.

rachel and jun, you know how cats have a specific kind of weight when you hold them (heavy, sturdy flimsy etc)? what's it feel like when you hold haku, poki, ai or koko?
haha they do! Haku and Poki weigh about the same but Haku feels light and super soft, like a stuffed animal, but super melty. His body just melts around your hands and flops over lol. Poki is muscular, sturdy, heavy, hard.
Ai and Koko are both a lot younger than Haku and Poki so they're still really light. They just feel light to me. Medium bendiness, above average softness.

I was a little stunned that none of the cats immediately got defensive. Then you said that they've met before and it all made sense again. As someone who has 4 cats (and has had them with 2 others) I know firsthand how it can be to bring new cats into a house with cats. LOTs of hissing

I have the same problem with my cat Luna (named after the moon, not the cat in the cartoon, Sailor Moon fans, sorry..)
She absolutely loves the fountain, and I have more or less the same kind as you, and she is rather small, and for some reason actually LIKES water. So I'll wake up in the morning, the cat will be sitting IN the basin filled with water, mewing at me, and the kitchen floor will be flooded. Always great fun.. Sigh..
My kitten likes to get in the bath with me and then walk around the house leaving puddles in her wake.

A tiny apartment and four cats sounds real fine to me. Any apartment with any cats sounds fine to me. Lucky you to be allowed to have cats in an apartment.😊
