He was the first man I saw win the Mr. Olympia. I didn’t know who he was but the moment I saw him I knew he was going to win, even though I knew nothing about bodybuilding at that time. It broke me to know he wasn’t going to compete in 2019 and all I did was wait to see him on stage again to defend his title. I will never be able to see that. I know deep down he was a great man though and he will be missed

I like the talk about how many O’s Jay coulda won if Ronnie wasn’t there, didn’t even think about it one second, said he wouldn’t have been as motivated so who knows. Most guys wouldn’t think like that just inflate their own ego. Jay’s the goods man.

In his many interviews and workout videos he shows how humble, sense humor, confident, visionary, sincere, passion and love for bodybuilding, always willing to giving advice. Shawn was always a huge inspiration to me on social media. I did not have the privilege to meet him in person although I did have the chance to see him at the Olympia this year and didn’t stop to meet him because the line was too long. I learned from this that never take seeing someone for granted as you never know if you’ll have the chance to shake their hand again.

Scottie is definitely an underrated basket baller. I have his jersey and not Jordan’s. For his only well being per say, and I know it’s a lot of money, but I wish he’d accept it and move on. But I do believe that he wants more of his name in the line light of the bulls 90’s era.
Also I remember doing a live feed with Shawn and his like, “oh now you’re a Jay fan 😂 ok ok it’s alright I know you rocking my drip, jays ok” 🤣 great laugh.

If body builders took longevity as serious as they did building muscle, they would all live to 400 years old. But they don't. So they often wind up in the soil at a tenth the age which makes absolutely no rational sense. This is why a lot of them pray to Jesus hoping to escape the eternal torment.
