That guy was a huge source of fitness inspiration, just because he was both a musician and a fitness nut (in a non-preachy way). So I printed out the picture and cut it to fit my fitness journal. I say "was," because the crush faded after I found out he was married with kids and in that similar time frame, subsequently met my then-bf. (This was well before Covid.)
Historical Romance's home is probably rather large (like 'can fit a block of typical American single-family homes in its footprint with room to spare' large), with a lot of stairs, so I can see why all that walking would keep her in shape.

@@dionysus_adores Just the dresses aren't as heavy as you assume. I've seen a video (by Priorattire) about reconstructed dresses being weighted, with undergarments. Only a few were actually heavy, mostly winter or court outfits, and even the royals didn't wear court outfits all the time.
