Sounds sick. Hard to make the Raptor sound good but that does sound really nice. Love the channel. Great Mountain views as well!
Thanks! It is hard to make them sound good, but I've heard a lot of different setups and this is the best in my opinion.
So I just wanted to reach out and thank you for your vids on this exhaust. I ended up going with the 2fg after watching and couldn’t be happier. Any louder and I think you get into farty territory but this made it way deeper and sound like it should.

Definitely getting this, time now! It is so difficult to make these V6 Raptors sound good but so far this is the best sounding exhaust.
You will love it! It is hard to make them sound good, but I've heard so many exhausts and this is by far the best sounding in my opinion.
Have you heard the Corsa extreme? Sounds super good also. Any chance you’ve heard both in person?
@@robertbauguss8935 yes I have, both are nice but I like the 2FG more. Mine is now installed and loving it so far. Can't wait to hear it when its finally burned in (about 1000 miles) is what I'm hearing for the burn in times

There is still a resonator or another muffler somewhere else in the system right? I just picked up mine about a month ago and want something to wake up the exhaust but like it’s been said a million times before these don’t sound amazing hahaha
Yes with the AWE 2FG setup there is still the stock resonator. When you take out the resonator, it creates a lot of rasp and drone which does not sound good on these Raptors. The 2FG just replaces the stock muffler with an H-Pipe to wake it up a little bit. You're right they don't sound amazing stock, but I love the sound now! I can't recommend this exhaust setup enough.
Does anyone know if this mod impacts the warranty or causes problems with smog inspections??
You shouldn’t have any issues with smog inspections or with warranty. You’ll love it!
Did you replace the down pipes or just this kit? I have the SW high flow cat downs which makes it louder for sure. I'm wondering if this would make it too loud. It would either be too loud or sound amazing!
Nope, I still have the stock downpipes. I've heard videos of the 2FG exhaust paired with SPD downpipes and it sounds really good!

This is the AWE 2FG exhaust. It sounds amazing! You only need the 2FG for this setup, which is the H pipe. Everything else exhaust is stock.
Is this just the H Pipe or the full catback?

Hey thanks for the content! Was wondering after 8 months of having this muffler on, does it have any drone cruising on highway speeds or just regular daily driving?
You’re welcome! No, I don’t notice much drone at all. I’m on the highway a lot and don’t even notice it. I notice it the most when I step on it, but other than that it’s a pretty mellow exhaust. I absolutely love it.
How many miles it took to be fully broken in? Thanks
Dee Dee not sure the exact mileage. I think they advertise about 1k but honestly it sounded good right from the start and only got better.

Been looking into this exhaust. Does it make daily driving in normal mode sound better? I don’t mind stock when I get on it slightly but it’s to quiet in normal

Is this just the muffler delete kit? Was looking at this exhaust but I think the 0fg is about $1800???
Iggy Focker yes the 2FG just replaces the muffler for $500.

Iggy Focker I’ve never heard the full kit in person, but in videos it sounds really good. If price is a big factor, the 2FG definitely gives enough sound that I think you’ll be happy for $500.

Yes, just gets rid of the muffler and replaces it with the H-Pipe for a little deeper sound.
RaptorsOfInsta what about the resonators? That stays in tact? Im thinking about just getting muffler shop to do me custom h pipe muffler delete since thats what this looks like. But the price isnt bad either
@@1SLOWCAT Yep the resonators stay in place. Honestly I think you'd love the AWE, they have a great reputation and quality stuff. The price also isn't bad at all for the 2FG.
