    In my 76 years of life, every time I have ignored my intuition, I have regretted it. Every time I did what my intuition told me I was glad. So, for me at least, intuition is all too real.

      Ever read the book about that? It's mostly about safety, but it's about trusting your instincts. "The Gift of Fear" by Gavin De Becker. Very good book.

    • @kiishaami3762
      @kiishaami3762 5 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +6

      💯 If I could tell my younger self one thing, I'd skip the "never give up" and all that and would tell her THAT. Always always always trust your gut. That quiet voice that isn't there to convince you. No matter how strange it feels. Trust it

    • @Vibe_Up_Life
      @Vibe_Up_Life 4 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +3

      @@kiishaami3762 Love that-sometimes ‘never give up’ keeps us stuck, but trusting your gut leads us where we’re actually meant to go. Knowing the difference is everything. ❤

      @@cwcamper9091I've not read the book but I'm familiar with Gavin de Becker. Thanks for the suggestion! He's a legend in his industry. Fear isn’t just there to hold us back-it’s trying to tell us something. The trick is learning to hear it without letting it take the wheel.

      Yes agreed. In my sixties now and I've been very grateful (for many decades) that since I was knee high, my Mother taught me to never doubt my intuition. She would say, "always trust your intuition" and I would say to my children (that are now in their 30's), "always trust your intuition and don't override it with logic". I believe people tend to jump to logic, get analytical and then can detract from their intuition.
      To be in tune with our intuition is a sign of high intelligence, in my opinion.

    Ohh my God! This is my “God Wink”. You played a part in it Mayim, I lost my voice for a year, when you mentioned several years ago you lost your voice I sent you a comment and your replied with a lovely message. In this time I did become more connected with that feeling of connection that comes from connecting with past loved ones and the universe, I'm now watching this a few hours before being dragged to my first psychic event in a decade. My good friend just called me, she has a big dog, I said “its really funny I was just thinking about you, why am I seeing you with a small scruffy brown dog”, she was shocked and replied she rescued a dog today, I asked if he was called Fred, he is indeed called Fred. This “God wink” feels like it’s telling me to find a Psychic Workshop to work on this. I'm training to be a counsellor and I'm seeing all these ways the two things could complement one another, Thank you all for creating this. sending lots of love. xx

    Something important to keep in mind is that even if the more woo woo parts of all this are mere imagination, that doesn't change the fact that meditation, gratitude, and mindfulness practices are still good for your overall physical, mental, and emotional health.

      That’s a great idea.🙂 I’m going to ask everyone still on this side their favourite songs so I know them for sure. My 95 yr. old mom is constantly reminiscing about people she knew, but can’t remember their last name. I ask the person in spirit & my guides for help & instantly hear their name. I love Suzanne, her online courses were extremely, enlightening & changed my life! ✨💖✨🇨🇦☮️

    I have always been very sensitive person who felt everything very deeply and had a strong sense of intuition. I used to hate myself for this, because it makes me different and I just want to be "normal" and fit in. But as I get older I understand that this is actually my greatest strength, because it brings so much magic and beauty into my life.

    I absolutely love this episode. I love so many of these, but this one came right when I needed it. I've always been "open" to the other side. Have had so many confirmations of what I was picking up on, to the point where there should be no doubt within me of what I feel and see. But, sometimes that doubt comes up. This is definitely a me problem, so listening to this and getting those chills, reminds me to keep being open and heal that doubt

    When something bad and unexpected happens, instead of thinking 'this happened TO me,' restate the problem as 'this happened FOR me.' It gives you a chance to let go of feeling victimized and sets you on a path toward a solution.

    How I wish you could have as guest Dr Manuel Sans Segarra, who needed to jumps from his rigid and orthodox way of thinking as surgeon Head of the ER of an enormously big hospital to investigate what he defines as Superconsciousness using Quantum Physics method. He’s fluent in English!

    Sometimes people can't handle grief and become bipolar. They grasp at unusual things, voices. Medication, time, religion, all kinds of coping mechanisms help us get past the lost connection to loved ones. Nothing wrong with coping it's a tough world. Sometimes people with bipolar don't get the help they need, hope she gets those medications. Also cool she wrote a book during her untreated bipolar. Tough lady.

      That's not how bipolar disorder works. Those unfortunate folks do not talk or function like this lady; also grief does not trigger it as it's a biologically-based disorder. Source: I'm a clinical psychologist.

      I grew up with a mom, with bipolar, who lost her twin sister. A bipolar disorder does not mean she cannot function, however it is indicative of her behavior and triggered by grief. Maybe you are not good at diagnoses. Bipolar can manifest as tapping into delusions and other manic behaviors.

    Challenges are proof of God’s care is what I learned as a life long Christian Scientist. We are all spiritual ideas of God, Divine Love is all in all, there is no death but I didn’t REALLY understand this until I lost my husband when I was 57 in 2020.
    All that I had been taught became more real when I started listening to other spiritual viewpoints. I even started asking for signs and received them!! Suzanne showed up in my TH-cam feed. Her explanations are so practical and understandable. Thank you for the enlightenment today. 🩶 My name is also Suzanne. 😊
