Those look awesome, and I love things like these for breakfast! I would probably mince up some onion very small and throw it in with everything...yum! Thanks, Rachel and Happy New Year🎆
Perfect timing! Thank you so much for this recipe! We eat a lot of eggs here and I’m always looking for new ways to serve it. Happy New Year Todd & Rachel! 🎉
I love making egg bites for breakfast prep!! My favorite combo is mushrooms and red peppers! Thanks for the reminder. I think i will make some this weekend for next week!
Yes much needed. We’ve been staying away from a lot of carbs . Eating less and the holidays did us in. Tho we didn’t have bread we had potatoes and desserts and coffee cake. So time to get back into eating better again.
Hey Rachel. Hope you and Todd had a very Merry Christmas 🎄🎁 yesterday. This was fun. My son helped me in the kitchen when he was 3 years old. He still helps me today. This will also try this recipe soon. God Bless you Rachel. HUGS 🤗❤️ my friend. Mari'a. ❤️🤗👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🎄🎊💕🧑🎄☃️💞💞💙💙💙💙
I make them and add spices for a little extra nutrition like turmeric, chives, rosemary, parsley, etc. just a sprinkle on top of one or two. I also like adding mushrooms
I haven’t made these before, but I really want to make these mane in the next couple of days. I think I want to put spinach in mine since my daughter likes baby spinach. I’ll put some chopped bell peppers in since my daughter and I can’t eat the hot peppers. Thank you for this video!
I make egg bites, have for years. But i dont make them like yours. I also started making them a year or so ago at work. I am assistant baker at a convenience store/deli. And i make 60 a couple times a week. They sell really well. I make different ones using different meats. And rotate the kinds. Hubby and i love them at home too. My boss was going to buy some from a wholesale company. And they were really blah. So i told him i could make much better ones than those. So he said, make them. So ive been making them ever since.
Our decorations stay up through the 12 days of Christmas to Epiphany. We must be weird because sweets have never been part of our Christmas. We only had one pie & 3/4 is still in the fridge. We have pretty much always been this way. I tried getting the kids into cookie making & decorating but they were not interested. So savory it is lol
Love egg bites i make mine similar! I definitely need to get back on the good eating train after this holiday 😅😄 love the addition of kale im sure spinach would be good too
Should pull down the christmas stuff but keep the simple wintery items through the season. That's what I would do anyway. Tree wise. I just got one today for $3.50 clear out special. That thing is staying up as seasonal decor.
After Saturday, which is our kids Christmas, I'll go back to eating better. This is our first year opting out of Christmas. I decorate for Winter and that will stay up until March
When my children were young we left things up till little Christmas ( January 6th) Feast of the three Kings. ❤️🙏 now no one home but us two and celebrate at the kids so we don’t decorate.
Do you taste the cottage cheese in the recipe? I have heard it just adds creaminess. I have wanted to try making things with cottage cheese but I don't care for the flavor of it plain so I'm hesitant to make any cottage cheese recipes.
I took both trees down and got everything put away yesterday (the 26th). The house always looks so much bigger and tidier when the decorations are put away. It makes me happy.
Those look delish! And I must have beenliving under a rock, I never knew you could buy silicone muffin liners. Thanks for the recipe!
I make them with all kinds of variations…..veggies, chopped cooked bacon or ham, etc. They freeze really well too.

I shall give these a go! Thank you 😊
You can use the empty half of the egg shell to scoop up any small bits of shell that are in the bowl. Easy peasy!!!

Some years, I want to put my decorations away right after Christmas and sometimes, I wait until Epiphany.
I think I'll be making some soon! Thanks for the reminder.

Thanks Rachel. I was hoping to make up a bunch of these but didn't have a recipe. I know if you made it it will be delicious!

I usually keep the winter decor up till Feb. but the Christmas Decorations are taken down the second week of Jan. Happy Holidays!

I’ve never heard of these. I’ll have to try them!
Thanks for sharing these egg bites!
Yes I've got to get back on track. I've gained 7# since the beginning of Nov. The egg (protein) meal looks really yummy.
I recognize Pendleton in your wardrobe 😊 Looks great on you.

looks really yummy
I put our up this morning
I somehow missed the oven temp?
350? These look great & I've never had any. Definitely will try them.
Yummy ❤
I didn't eat a single sweet during the holidays - absolutely zero sweet tooth. But I really ate way too much Beef Bourguignon for Christmas dinner 😆
Use a broken piece of shell to attract the broken shell.
What an ingenious idea 💡
Works like a charm!
Can these be successfully refrigerated or frozen?
Haven't tried to freeze yet, but we usually just toss leftovers in the fridge and have the next day. They are still great.

You definitely don't taste it just adds a cheese creaminess
Every time I see someone make a cottage cheese recipe it always looks yummy. I might just have to make something and give it a try.
❓ What oven temp❓

Yes
Christmas is not over until the Epiphany (January 6), which is actually the 12th day of Christmas.
Can you replace the cottage cheese with something?
Yes cream cheese

@PamelaQuigley-l9l thank you Pamela. I should have been clearer. No Dairy.
