There are so many interesting angles in the architecture of this home. Lots of character. The outdoor space is so inviting and the pool and outdoor structures are also laid out in a very quirky but completely charming way. At every turn there is a new surprise. Lovely!

Faabulous property and thanks for taking the time and making that huge effort to give a realistic idea of the property. Why anyone would think it needs a total renovation I have no idea - its charm combined with its history makes it perfect. Once y dream, but now put to bed Some saying it will be 2024 before we can fly out of Australia for Europe.

I sympathize with how much the narrator struggles to maintain breath control while talking continuously, walking around, holding the camera steady, and going up and down stairs. A lot harder than it looks for folks who aren't in good cardiovascular shape.

Cont... The space maker , “um” was used hundreds of times. The viewer can make their own judgements. You should limit your comments to information only with friendly greeting and closing. You could record over the video later in order to make it more effective. This was meant to be offered in a positive, helpful manner, not meant to hurt you. It could help you build a larger following. Also you often sound out of breath which another reason to add the audio post video. Good luck with the sale of the property. It is a dream!

I know I make mistakes and too many Umm's, especially in this video, however, I'm not trying to make an Oscar winning video and the concept and USP behind doing these videos is to give you "the viewer" a real time, un glossed view. Sometimes bathroom tiles are everything! I saw a house in Ibiza that had the most beautiful dark blue tiles in one of the bathrooms that I have ever seen!

A couple of youngsters do walk through tours of property for sale in London. I find it extremely distracting having two people commenting. I like Nick’s comments. He has a good eye for detail and seems to enjoy seeing these properties as much as I do.
