Hi Robert this Syed from Germany great job. i have question why head Gas Kit have at some places smaller holes (Metal Sheet) as in head for the water coolent
Hey bud! Car started with no misfire, and the white smoke had gone away, but after reving the engine a bit the freakin smoke came back!!! My old gasket, didnt really show serious damage, but i replaced it of course, along with full head service, new seals and all!! Any thoughts??? 😢😢😢
can u get anymore horde power out of that besides turbo better crank porting heads loosing cat was thinking bigger pipes or dual pipes what your thoughts got motor broken down head ready come off trying keep cheap but get a little more out of it
Hey Robert, thank you so much for the tutorial! I came through it thoroughly, and did everything you told, I even brought cylinder head to the machine shop. But somehow there is still a lot of white smoke coming of the pipe( I have no check engine lights and car starts instantly, but the smoke... Do you have any idea what might be wrong? Maybe its left over oil burning, or something like that? Cause I really dont want to start everything from the scratch
@@lysha_chmo If it's left over oil it should burn off after a few minutes of running. If it doesn't clear up after 15-20 minutes I would look into the fuel injectors. Faulty fuel injectors can also cause white smoke. So does burning coolant 😕... but we won't think those thoughts. Check the oil to make sure no coolant is mixing in. And just let it warm up to operating temp. Let us know how it goes 👍
@@ValleyMobileAutomotive hi! So everything is fine right now, white smoke disappeared after oil flush, but then the blue smoke came, and apparently it was a PCV valve, but even after all of that, it just kept overheating, so I decided to change the thermostat and the temp sensor. Now it is running just like new, thank you a lot, I wouldn't make it without your tutorial!
Good job my friend. I was waiting parts after the teardown,😃 and this is going to make my job a lot easier. Thanks🙂
@@robert8935 Nice! Glad this is helpful 🙂
