Jensen proving that Minnesota Republicans are a cut above in their grace in defeat and he would have likely been humble if he had won.
We're Minnesota. We know that regardless of whether we are Republican or Democrat we're all family here. Though not literally related this isn't Alabama. But we depend on each other and we compete hard but set our differences aside when the chips are down and we need each other.
He should take a month off and make a plan for the future. They both should. They fought hard and they deserve to take it easy and reevaluate what they want to do now.
@@dandychiggins6802 Nope optimistic and from Northern MN where we really do sorta depend on each other. We up here will yell and scream at each other during the election and then push each other out of ditches during the winter because we have to.

I belive Minnesota residents made a huge mistake by re electing Walz. The people in this state must not mind crime, and someone who has taxed us too high. Also who doesn't accept responsibility for his failures. Feeding the kids AND letting Mpls burn. Well all that voted for him expect the same. Incompetent leadership in our state. Ya know we didn't see him or hear from him until mid terms were approaching. I do not support Walz. Wish Mn would have woke up to this career politician.

I don't know why people like you think that crime would just disappear if a republican was governor. Just look at Florida and Texas where crime is rampid, and not just in the democratic cities. Those states have legislatures controlled by republicans. So what's the excuse? Also I find hard to believe that crime is completely out of control in the rural parts or suburbs of that state or any other. That's why crime isn't an issue for everyone.
Not a huge fan of Jensen but I honestly do believe that MN overall is a red state but this state does not have a Republican who has actually spent time interfacing with a state that is multifaceted both politically and culturally. Perhaps the red/blue/right/left dichotomy is a hindrance overall to the way we approach electing and having representation at the state level in this day and age. Especially here.
I think the party system needs to go the way of the dinosaurs. There are good and bad on both sides I just want to vote for the best person not because they are affiliated with a party that in the end is full of garbage and only a few diamonds. Remove the party system so i can vote for individuals on their own merit.
Minnesota hasnt gone red since Nixon lol. Lefties are slowly dragging the yokels up north into the present. Minneapolis and Saint Paul run this state.
This is not a "red state". Minnesota has been a stronghold for the Democratic Party, for literally 100 years. The people who would be the base of the Republican Party in most other states, are Democrats or Independents in this state. Largely due to how big our unions are. Not to mention the Twin Cities. Unions, and the Twin Cities make it hard to imagine the GOP winning. I could perhaps see them winning the Gubernatorial elections at some point, but I don't know.
