    I like what he said but having a couple of glasses ready to pour is a good idea and if you have one open it in a mixing bowl!

    You should not have to put wine in the freezer. Home brewers can figure out how to properly bottle condition beer, I don’t know why all these wine makers are making these grenades that need a 12 step process before being opened.

      This is pet nat not back sweetened beer it is bottled during fermentation so no way of every bottle being identical some may have more active yeast than others and the sediment causes nucleation points which is what causes such eruptions and you'll find real traditional ciders and beers also have this problem.
