In little more than a decade, Benjamin Bridge has distinguished itself by its dedication to artisan techniques, expert guidance, and most importantly its acclaimed, distinctive wines.
From the outset, Benjamin Bridge has been a winery dedicated to producing only those styles of wines that our Nova Scotian micro-climate is perfectly suited to.
Our unique growing climate in the heart of the Gaspereau Valley - moderated by the Bay of Fundy - promotes natural acidities and long ‘hang-time’ which are critical to producing sparkling wines of tremendous complexity and finesse. Primarily a classic sparkling wine producer, our other strenght is brisk, aromatic whites - wines that take full advantage of the same very precise climatic traits that craft great sparklings.

I need to know…
You should not have to put wine in the freezer. Home brewers can figure out how to properly bottle condition beer, I don’t know why all these wine makers are making these grenades that need a 12 step process before being opened.
This is pet nat not back sweetened beer it is bottled during fermentation so no way of every bottle being identical some may have more active yeast than others and the sediment causes nucleation points which is what causes such eruptions and you'll find real traditional ciders and beers also have this problem.
Just tried it, sorry but it's vile. No other word for it. Bitter, yet tasteless. It instantly drys your mouth out and leaves a bile like aftertaste.

I love all of your wines and now especially pink Piquette as I have become addicted to Rosé wines especially yours.Your winemaker is certainly animated and refreshing to see like your wines.
