I really liked that they changed the gender lock from flirts and romance since Makeb (Rise of the Hutt cartel), so that you can flirt/romance with anyone you like too, regardless of your characters gender.
Yikes, the difference between this and the dark side version is really fascinating. Darkside: You feed into her most basic and primal urges. Kill, control, and more. She draws deeper on them and you reward and encourage her for it. This positive reinforcement sparks a new desire to draw from; lust. Having grown used to indulging in desires, she feeds into it and it grows insidiously, as it does for you. Finally, you both indulge in it together and find ways to make it more potent and addictive. Your supposed death brings great shock and sorrow, bringing all these feelings into perspective. Upon reunion, the twisted passion is reunited and merely continued, a carnal relief, strong but temporary. Light side: It isn't implied, at most barely eluded to throughout the first part, but there is this strong bond. You push her to try and stand strong, even when everything says to give in. She is inspired and grows strong in spirit, and she in turn makes you strong. Then the idea of her losing you makes all these feelings focus and take on new meaning. It all builds and ignites when she reunites with you. Finally here, it all comes to a head as the love is laid bare and joined. She has found a home in you and you in her. As a Jedi is one with the force, you are one with each other.
Couldn't have said it better myself. And I'd say that her new, rather subdued voice fits very well with her Light Side romance scene. Especially when you consider everything she's been through since you've been gone. You were one of the most, if not THE wonderful thing she'd ever had in life. You exposed her master for the pride and hatred riddled hypocrite he was despite being hailed as a hero among Jedi. And in that same instant, you allowed her to see that despite you yourself technically being a follower of the dark side, the light side of the Force shines within you in a way that she'd never seen in any Jedi ever. And though she was confused and tried to strike you down, thinking you were trying to confuse her, you spared her. Showing that what the Force showed her about you was true. That was the thing that drew her to join you. To fight with you. To stay with you. It began as idolization, and now it's a beautifully blooming bond, nurtured by mutual strength of spirit, and love eternally strengthened and linked together by the Force.

You disappear and she might move on, and that's OK. The appeal of the dark side is always that it starts as just basic humanity. You're allowed to feel the human things you feel, such as lust for another when the love of your life is gone for years and years. Jedi is more the unapproachable ideal of what humanity could be, but in reality will never be. To me, the dark side is just more realistic.
The best part was at the end of this video was when jaesa is tearing up as she speaks. You can feel the passion. It makes me tear up too. We can see light side jaesa romance is much more passionate than dark side jaesa. Light side jaesa romance requires a lot of patience and is very rewarding and everlasting in the end if successfully have the patience to be with her.
I think the best relationships start when two people bond together deeply without any romance at first, only to realize their feelings for one another when they’re forced apart. That’s what this is and I love it
Or for the love to blossom naturally, much like how it does between Trevor & Sypha in Castlevania. No sudden shocking epiphany for them, they just know and understand that they're meant for each other, and their relationship simply grows and progresses from there.

I never get tired of watching this. They’ve taken the Wrath of the Emperor and given him a romance that feels more accomplished than many of the others in this game. The voice actor really delivers the emotion.

Brilliant scripting for the most part... His "you're not the only one Jaesa, I love you too" line didn't quite fit the context very well though. They probably could have done something a little more complex or interesting. but Jaesa's script and voice-acting were excellent.

@@Kravax1992 I’m so happy with a LS Jaesa romance, I had very fun RPing my SW during act 1 he started off as dedicated to the dark side but throughout act 1 he began being unsettled by aspects of Barus the torture throwing people away when they have no use or are a risk but what really began eating away at him was balmora when the jedi tried to make a run for it and get off world, when the jedi was defeated the tranquility and peace they demonstrated facing their execution, it bugged and confused him endlessly after he killed her, then tattooine, facing the LS mirror of himself, trying to figure out how jaesa beat the sand demon without a weapon. All feeding into this growing doubt he had, this all came to a head with the showdown with the jedi master, after defeating him he granted his last request to find a moment of peace before being executed, he waited allowing him to get ready and when he was, standing over another jedi finding tranquility right before the moment of his death, my SW lightsaber drawn raised to strike the jedi down and.......he couldn’t do it, the doubts he has been having, these feelings of uncertainty he couldn’t kill the jedi master, and he left. Playing my SW like this made Jaesa and the SW relationship fascinating, she became almost as an important pillar of support as she was to him, the dynamic of a Sith and a Jedi both not being sure about their place in the galaxy made their reunion and romance so gratifying
Mainly because the Dark Side takes and takes, she falls into LUST rather than proper love and there is this sense of dread if you remember a proper Sith Tennant....The Apprentice always tries to kill The Master.

Really annoyed with how they did this reuiniting romances, you can choose to leave relationship with whomeever you had it with (most likely Lana) to get back with them...but aside from these touching reuinion moments, NOTHING happens after that, they do not partake in any convos or anything, so it makes dumping Lana or whomever feel so bloody wasted/pointless. If they're not going to partake in conversations like they did prior to the Eternal Throne expasion, then wth is the point to get back with them? Might aswell stay with Lana and keep getting romantic lines with her.
I know, saaay your with darkside Jaesa, then you leave her for Vette, Idk Jaesa seems like the type to Kill Vette to earn Your characters affection, at the very least if she can't have you, no one can, she seems like she'd go out of her way to kill any of your future Lovers out of pure rage.

One thing I always wanted for LS Jaesa was for her to embrace her own path. She is not a Jedi, and even when she leaves the order she still holds fast to its doctrines and refuses to tap into the dark side of the force. She never seems to examine the code of the Sith and incorporate the good parts of it into her own unique worldview. She may have been set free, but her chains remain unbroken.

IMO, always liked a light leaning sith more than any combo of sith/jedi and where they stand, it feels the most 'normal' where a person is not just a husk trying to be a machine living by a code, neither is the person consumed by his or her animalistic desires. Its someone that can express passion for one another in a healthy manner, but also understanding that he or she can make a difference in the world by making the world around him/her better. And Jaesa is a good romance (IMO) as she does stumble and fall but as a character she does get up and keep going and taking lessons and grow. The only other romance IMO is Lana Beniko, basically the more moderate Jedi and Sith that see the flaws in their respective orders and aren't biased to their orders. Edit: I also feel it is poetic in a way that a Sith Romances Jaesa and a Jedi romances Lana Beniko

It was a mistake I did thinking it was hidden. I know it's annoying believe me but I didn't realize it wasn't hidden until I was editing the video.. Or I would have put it to the side.
The only way to get her reunion is to be light side from the sith warrior storyline. It doesn't matter what you choose as long as you chose jeasa to be light side.

Nah my sith warrior chose the republic too and I got her back. And yes I think as dark side you could get light side jeasa but you have to save her parents in the main sith warrior storyline.

He uses a purple color crystal. I use purple on a light side sith or a dark side jedi to show that I'm still sith or jedi, but I do not follow the ways of the jedi or sith.

It's the same character you see in the previous one with vette (the one with body type 3 and bald hair cut) I changed his look a while back. I have another LS sith I'm working on that has vette romanced. If I ever do more vette videos it will be with him from now on.
I really like the outfit on her and the outfit on your character looks awesome and would look even better in black in my opinion. I don't know if you switched it to black at some point but it looked green in one scene. Also what expansion is this from? I have watched through the end of the one where you destroy Valkorion.
I actually dyed my armor with a primary black dye after I filmed this video so in the video it's just default colors. As for your question this is durring the osus storyline which takes place after you defeat Valkorion for the new Onslaught expansion coming this October.

wait for a second, since on Tatooine there was this tory mission where you could either encounter your light side or dark side self, I was basically fully dark side when confronting my light side ghost, does that mean that I get the dark side Jaesa reunion instead of the light side one? Or do I just need to press the button of commit to the light side of the force or dark side thing?
You can make jaesa light side even as a dark side sith if you choose a light side option to have her remain on the path of the light. Just be careful because she won't like most of your decisions if you choose that option.
I don't quite understand the dislike for Darkside Jaesa. I really like Darkside Jaesa as she brings about a femme fatale that I'm attracted towards. Its a fantasy world I don't like to stick to traditions of the real world.
Dark side Jaesa gets old very quickly, and is pretty much a one-trick pony. Light side Jaesa has more depth. Also Light side Jaesa's romance has a nice progression to it and feels earned. Meanwhile Dark side Jaesa starts openly lusting after the Sith Warrior on their third conversation. She's way too easy for any man with self-respect.

One thing I always wanted for LS Jaesa was for her to embrace her own path. She is not a Jedi, and even when she leaves the order she still holds fast to its doctrines and refuses to tap into the dark side of the force. She never seems to examine the code of the Sith and incorporate the good parts of it into her own unique worldview. She may have been set free, but her chains remain unbroken.

Yes it does. Though when I did it for some reason it still said I was married to vette. So I guess you get both? I think it's a bug but idk for sure.

Wow, this is SO much better than the DS reunion.
IMO, always liked a light leaning sith more than any combo of sith/jedi and where they stand, it feels the most 'normal' where a person is not just a husk trying to be a machine living by a code, neither is the person consumed by his or her animalistic desires. Its someone that can express passion for one another in a healthy manner, but also understanding that he or she can make a difference in the world by making the world around him/her better. And Jaesa is a good romance (IMO) as she does stumble and fall but as a character she does get up and keep going and taking lessons and grow. The only other romance IMO is Lana Beniko, basically the more moderate Jedi and Sith that see the flaws in their respective orders and aren't biased to their orders. Edit: I also feel it is poetic in a way that a Sith Romances Jaesa and a Jedi romances Lana Beniko

The only way to get her reunion is to be light side from the sith warrior storyline. It doesn't matter what you choose as long as you chose jeasa to be light side.

Nah my sith warrior chose the republic too and I got her back. And yes I think as dark side you could get light side jeasa but you have to save her parents in the main sith warrior storyline.

He uses a purple color crystal. I use purple on a light side sith or a dark side jedi to show that I'm still sith or jedi, but I do not follow the ways of the jedi or sith.

It's the same character you see in the previous one with vette (the one with body type 3 and bald hair cut) I changed his look a while back. I have another LS sith I'm working on that has vette romanced. If I ever do more vette videos it will be with him from now on.

I really like the outfit on her and the outfit on your character looks awesome and would look even better in black in my opinion. I don't know if you switched it to black at some point but it looked green in one scene. Also what expansion is this from? I have watched through the end of the one where you destroy Valkorion.
I actually dyed my armor with a primary black dye after I filmed this video so in the video it's just default colors. As for your question this is durring the osus storyline which takes place after you defeat Valkorion for the new Onslaught expansion coming this October.

@@treverbelmont8393 You have to have saved master gnost darall in order to get this scene. Yes, you have to subscribe in order to see this happen. This takes place years after your main storyline so recommend subscribing at least once and do the expansions.

wait for a second, since on Tatooine there was this tory mission where you could either encounter your light side or dark side self, I was basically fully dark side when confronting my light side ghost, does that mean that I get the dark side Jaesa reunion instead of the light side one? Or do I just need to press the button of commit to the light side of the force or dark side thing?
You can make jaesa light side even as a dark side sith if you choose a light side option to have her remain on the path of the light. Just be careful because she won't like most of your decisions if you choose that option.

I don't quite understand the dislike for Darkside Jaesa. I really like Darkside Jaesa as she brings about a femme fatale that I'm attracted towards. Its a fantasy world I don't like to stick to traditions of the real world.
She's the type to stab either you or the woman you're talking too
Dark side Jaesa gets old very quickly, and is pretty much a one-trick pony. Light side Jaesa has more depth. Also Light side Jaesa's romance has a nice progression to it and feels earned. Meanwhile Dark side Jaesa starts openly lusting after the Sith Warrior on their third conversation. She's way too easy for any man with self-respect.
Why can't I get this with Ashara..
