I had a beer with him the other night at a small place in VA. Go see Soften the Glare and you can meet him. Very approachable and friendly guy. He's as laid back and genuine as you would expect.
Ryan humility is rare, I’m sure he’ll tell you “ahhh I’m pretty good”. No Ryan your one of the best, very inspirational and probably 40% of why I loved Mudvayne. Hope your doing well brotha.
Ryan is such an underrated player, he goes into RNB studios and lays down bass tracks than well known bassists can - and it's not even the genre he cut his teeth on. He was the guy who inspired me to develop my own playing style and I will forever be thankful to him for it.
"You can't put every technique in every song". Great words...6warwicks?? Wow!! That's Soo cool that's like at least 30k n bases lol, your the man Martinie!!!
Such a laid back and handsome guy to talk to. Sadly I a lost hope to see Mudvayne ever again, yes their on "hiatus" but I guess its over. Strange though as Hellyeah is not that different from what Mudvayne might sound like today.
Ryan is fucking amazing! Such a cool fucking dude. He was so fucking insane in Mudvayne!
I wish I could have a beer with Ryan Martinie.
wooooooo! :)))

I always enjoy Ryan's interviews. real laid back guy.
He's crazy , you can really hear his bass in mudvaynes tracks. It would not be the same without him . Hope they get back together !
Would love to see a band made up of Ryan, Wes Borland on guitar, maybe Cory Taylor for vocals, and some killer drummer.
Ryan helped my buddy mix his album. Needless to say, I was jealous lol.
I do!
I think I deserve a medal too. ;)
Ryan bring soften the glare to Florida!!!!
