It’s 2/18 or 1/9 (because there are 2 bowsers, but it doesn’t matter which bowser you get first) multiplied by 1/17, because if 1 bowser is already revealed, there are 17 panels left and only 1 is bowser, thus 1/9 * 1/17 which is 1/153
