Having had severe dry eyes since I was 19, 3 years ago I was shown how to manage this condition with a 3 tier treatment process and I've never looked back.
I hope this video helps anyone that may have dry eyes.

I had dry eyes for over 15 years. The most horrible symptoms. I would wake up and could not open or close my eyes without extreme pain. I would have to splash water on my eyes several times before I could blink them properly. It felt like arthritis and would blur my vision. It cleared up several years ago just like that, but now my eyes are too wet, as if crying, causing blurring, this in addition to optic nerve and brain damage that was already blurring, dimming, and scarring my vision. Glad you found a fix...you were lucky.

Extremely dry eyes can cause the eyes to produce excess tears. Because our eyes are not receiving proper lubrication, they continually produce an abundance of tears which continues the cycle. My mum has watery eyes, but she has in fact got dry eyes. Yes I understand your pain with your eyes, I know exactly what you are describing when you say you couldn't open your eyes without pain, that is due to the severe dryness. Some mornings when I wake up I still need to reach for my eyedrops first thing to get the relief, it is not so much a fix I have but a long term routine. I wish you the best for you eyes and your health.

After almost 2 years of ikervis, doxycycline, borage oil, fish oil, maqui berry, pine bark, warm compresses, hypochlorus acid spray, IPL, RF, blephaclean, blephademodex, LLLT, massage, manuka drops, Theazol drops… I don't think anything is working for me 😫. Glad it's helping you.

Oh no 😳.. Sorry to hear that. I thought I had dry eye as severe as anyone could get it as I kept having corneal abrasions. But this has helped as I think it's about doing the process everyday for me and eyelid hygiene allowing for the natural oils to flow better. Sorry for you though as I know what a struggle it is. It's not gone away completely but so much more manageable than before.
