    I have been in Iran three times.The first time with an organized tour,the other two times for visiting my Iranian friends. I spent three great vacations.Iranians are lovely and friendly,they have one of the richest culture all over the world. Breathtaking monuments and incredible landscapes. Great and tasty food. It's important that the whole world could know the real Iran.Unfortunately ,in the west,very often we have a wrong image of that amazing country. Hugs from Italy :)

      No. I believe you. My favorite country on the planet is Greece and aside from being a breathtakingly beautiful country and heavenly food, it's the people that are the greatest treasure of this country. If I see this video regarding the people of Iran, it reminds me of greece. In Greece I have by now endless of incredible memories. I have had vacations where almost every day I got presents from people who'm I don't know. And I have had streets where I have walked just 50 meters but took me 6 hours to do as the people I met are so incredibly warm and hospitable that I talk about Greeks in very high regard and great love. Never have I met people (I have been many many places including countries in the area like Turkey, Italy, Spain) as warm and above all interested people. I have walked many times in Italy and never had I a moment where people ask you, where are you from? and then having great conversations. In Turkey the same or even people who steal/scam.

    For those who say this video is propaganda. I can believe this. If these people are correct then it's similar to the one country I absolutely have lost my heart for.

      Actually I'm completely agree with you Greece is my favorite country too I lived there for almos 3 years and later visited regularly every year and all the time I discover something new, I as an Iranian feel and see many similarities in our culture friendship hospitality dance respect our guest and the others, sometimes I wished if iran was like Greece actually I've been in to many countries but I never felt like home except in Greece I mean after Iran I wish I was Greek anyhow you are right about these two countries actually 3 oldest countries are somehow in trouble Egypt Greece Persia don't know why.
      OK good luck wish you visit Iran again and have more memories and friends
      Take care

    • @juliankenning
      @juliankenning 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I love Greece, Crete especially, I'm there at least twice a year, also have family on Crete and I currently live in Cyprus. If you multiply Greek hospitality by 3 ore more, you have Iranian hospitality. It's overwhelming actually.

    • @Ptolemy336VV
      @Ptolemy336VV 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@juliankenningI can hardly imagine. That would mean I would get from everyone 3 presents or more presents from practically everyone I came in contact with aside the fact that everyday I have gotten presents. So I don't think so also to stand for all these people who have given me so much in every way. I guess things differ.
      I have for example also been to Turkey and never gotten anything. Even though it borders both countries. Anyway. I know what I've experienced in Greece and am sure that could not have been more beautiful as it was. Noone just gives my girl a ring, or a person hardly knowing us buying us actual presents, or even more incredible experiences but would need explaining how special they where. So those experiences have defined why I love this country so much. I have visited many countries, much of it not even remotely close to the things I have experienced in Greece. I will visit Iran and see how things are. I think I will see plenty hospitality. But as in this video, which is the experience of people other than us, if I would have to "measure" the hospitality andtry to compare it I would say it's warm and welcoming, but nothing I have not witnessed in Greece and comparably less than the experiences I have had. But again. I have properly traveled around the country and came a lot in contact with people. And I guess everything is partly coincidental and based on events. However. I do like that this exists also somewhere outside of Greece while frankly Iran is unfortunately too much portrayed as this dangerous terrorist state. Unrightfully so

    Let me say why I like Iran as an Iranian and why these people liked it. Because in Iran there is culture of kindness and tolerance. Iranians fortunately dont know much about the hatred and racial division of the west. Maybe its due to our isolationism. Also we are culturally very hospitable of guests and we are very community oriented. Our music, architecture, poetry and art is ancient and rich.

    I visited few months ago and visited before this time it was great today’s Iran is the best Iran
    people were racist in 90s when I visited then but now they are very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
    Im surprised how government changed people and made them a better human.

      The government didn't do shit, it's just because of the internet and social media. Actually people educated themselves and became more open to the world, which the government doesn't like a bit.

      Hi.. i intend to visit Iran this year. Already doing some research on Iran. Got few dates i need to avoid in late March during Nowruz right.? My biggest concern is language barrier since everything will be written in Farsi. . and i am a Sunni. Will that be a concern to Iranians ? Some friends suggested dont mention i am a Sunni when visiting Iran. I already got few iranian websites on hotels since Booking or Agoda dont publicised iranians hotel.

    My name is Johnathan Madrigal. I grew up in Los Angeles. (Elysian Valley) In 2012 I lived at 3125 Montezuma Ave in Alhambra California. My roomates were undercover FBI agents and undercover Mossad agents working as Arabs with Saudi and UAE passports. I was raped and tortured. Alhambra police department is not properly investigating my report number 194771 because they are essentially an intelligence agency who works as a police department. They never contacted the Saudi or UAE government and are currently only investigating the rape charge. All the neighbors on Montezuma are agents as well.

    I would love to visit Iran, but think its unfortunate that as an American I would have to be in a guided tour. In other words, a government minder would be with me shielding me from anything they think I shouldnt see. This is sad since in the videos I have seen from those who are visiting Iran the people seem very open and friendly towards Americans.
