Thank you for the detail about setting the DIP switches, then pushing the program button, and THEN pushing the remote button the correct number of times BEING SURE to wait for the LED to stop blinking after each push! The instructions with the remote we not that clear. I was also tempted to use a baseball bat on mine, but now I'm happy!

My landlord just gave me 9 of these there is a slide gate do I have to do anything with the box at the gate or can I just move the small 1-10 slide buttons on the Inside to match the other ones that are already programmed so I don’t have to use the learn button for the new remotes,? Just set 1-10 the slides the way they are supposed to be and hit open close button the correct amount of times and it will work? Hate to ramble just trying to match our new remotes to the old gate

Having problems with original liftmaster remote 2008 , replaced battery, and reprogrammed started to work from inside the garage and inside the house also works when I place the remote against side wall of the house and garage , but does not open when standing in front of garage door, when I have the door open it will close with remote but not close standing 15 , 20 feet or open . Please help wife is on my @ .

Mine looks like the unit in the video, EXCEPT, it doesn't have a blue light, and more importantly, there is not a notch visable to open the back and change the battery. HELP!
I am trying to pair a programmed 361LM with this new 375UT remote. The number 05 on the 361LM is in the 0 or neutral position. There is no neutral or 0 position on the 375UT. How do you deal with this?
The assumption shouldn't be made that you have an old remote from which to inspect pin positioning. How do you program this with no old remote, and with no access to a learn button on a community gate?
RCS-433CTG1. That's the remote. The community gate is a Liftmaster Professional. I'm not sure about the exact gate model. The home owners association isn't too keen on me asking questions about it. I'm trying to program this remote to open my gate, rather than spend $50 on a new RCS-433CTG1 remote. The old one was literally run over by a car and smashed when it fell off my keychain. .
+The GateHouse Liftmaster support said it would be. They're the ones who recommend it. Thanks for your help. Do you happen to know what remote would be?

Can this remote (375UT) learn from another remote for example 372LM?
Does the outside keypad need to be powered on and functioning? My 9v battery is dead and I've never used it.

Carefully use a knife blade to slowly pry all the way around until it pops open. You can use the knife to slide the battery out also.
Mine steady when learn but doesn't flash and light go's out at 16 presses
