Is it recommended to do KB halos every day in a high rep range, e.g. 2 sets for each direction with 20-30 repetitions not close to failure?
@@Rezzatoni I wouldn’t recommend doing them every day in high rep ranges, however, I do incorporate them almost every warm-up, 2-3 sets, 5 per side.
When doing more strength work with halos, I typically just include them once per week for 3-4 sets, 6-10 reps per side. There are a lot of different ways to incorporate them, though. This is just works for me. Hope this helps!
