GoPro have better stabilization and better image quality. That is a fact. That is what action camera need. Other things where insta and DJI are better are just fancy addons to mask leak of quality on most important things for action camera. Only better things I give to insta and DJI are fast charging BUT we dont know how that will affect on battery life. We will see that in future.

@@carlopalomo28 will the screen remain always ON when we pause record?
My action camera would be mounted on helmet with no access to front screen. With go pro quick capture I record whenever I want and by again pressing record button it stops recording along with turning off. My motorcycle gloves are pretty big so shutter button is only way. And yes go pro makes many files.
With ace pro if screen doesn't turn off then it would be battery waste

      @@roninr8199 hey buddy!
To avoid battery waste, I turn off indicators and front screen info bec I don't do vlogs, I'm always behind my lenses. There's also an option that the screen will turn off after few seconds depending on your pref settings then it'll turn on once you soft touch the screen. You might want to use "voice control" to stop, start recording or shutdown camera. Its very use full for me after I framed my subject, no need to remove my hands instead commanding it to start recording. I hope they can add on voice control "pause recording" and "continue recording" on the next firmware update.
I also noticed that 4k 60fps consumed the battery very quick so I jumped into 30fps which is decent.
I'm planning to get another battery so that it can shoot a whole day event.

Someone said that ace pro lets you edit that type of thing easily afterwords. So does anyone know what exactly ace pro and action 4ś ability is for this compared to gopro 12 full mode. This is a big feature for me as i have zero interest in manually having to change my camera sideways and reshoot.
