In this vlog we tour a Korean influenced design townhouse located in Timog Hills off of Friendship Highway, Timog is a secure gated subdivision South of Korea Town.
This is a spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath multi level unit with beds balconies TVs and pool. The upstairs bedrooms are very large and either could be considered the Master bedroom with walk in closet desk cable and internet ready.

Its a nice place. We live in Timog Residences.. you can get a 3 bed 3 bath.. larger square footage house for 45K a month. some are 50K a monthnow. but there is a community pool, gym and basketball court too. still a fair price for sure. Walk in closets are super nice! I wish my house had those. lol.. we just use the extra room for our walk in closet!

Chub like your videos carry the torch well there in angeles. One request is for you to start visiting higher end chef restaurants like Bale Dutung, 53 seeds etc when we visit we usually eat at 2-3 higher end restaurants.can only eat so many times at margarita, tequila reef etc even though the food is good and not to expensive. Because of you we've tried 69 rock bar pizza., was good great sounds. Look forward to more videos.

Great unit. However I am torn between renting something less expensive, then in a couple of years buy something. I liked the homes you vlogged about that were around 33k usd.
