One of my brothers is doing good at the same job for like 9 years, and the other is in severe active add!ction. As far as i know, fentanyl is his main choice but hes done several things. And has been for years. I'm talking, transient, homeless, stealing, lying, tweaking, bending and passing out standing up.... This song makes me think of the kid inside of him screaming and pounding the walls to come out. I don't know if he will ever get better, who knows where he's at or what he's doing. I had to let him go, I couldn't keep dishing out money knowing he was lying. I want my brother back. This song both makes me feel close to him, yet shreds my heart to pieces.
