If you block it cancels the animation for picking things up and lets you keep sprinting immediately. It doesn't work for the animation where you crouch down to grab the item but there aren't many of those anyway. Not sure how useful it actually is in speedrunning but on long ass ones like this it has to add up to a pretty significant time save. I realized it did that day 1 but can never get any of my comments about it to get noticed.

Sword night & flame at +9, i have godskin noble weapon and ash of war royal revolve and int/faith at 24 and the damage is low than 1000damage. What should i do to get that damage one shoot. Im in the patch 1.00
You should specify in the title the level of glitches used. Was insanely impressed with the time and then saw you use pegasus in the first 10 minutes. Still very cool but should be made clear in the title the tech being used.
This run would be absurdly tedious without Pegasus. More often then not, they only label when they *don't* use a certain strategy. This is typically only the case when it's something excessively gamebreaking.
Grats on the run! Tho i would love to see you try again. The run can surely go close to, if not under 5hours. Also the Crystaline bosses are by far the worst design in the game xD. I absolutely hated every single encounter with them.

I think SONAF is weaker in 1.00. It's only really cracked in 1.02.

Will definitely be trying again, working on a few route changes and practice that make sub 5 viable.
