    Oludara Adeeyo is a therapist and author of Self-Care for Black Women. Based in Los Angeles, California, she works as a psychiatric social worker where she assists individuals experiencing homelessness as well as severe and persistent mental illnesses. Oludara is passionate about helping people improve their overall wellbeing, especially black women. Before becoming a social worker, Oludara spent 7+ years working as a writer and editor.     Yep, those microaggressions can be sneaky and so damaging!
    So important to address them promptly to keep yourself healthy.
