So glad I found this, I’ve been using random wires and almost butchered my ignition for the starter wire until I saw this! Now I want to rewire my whole terminator loose wiring and do it like this though, but like you said, it sucks hanging out down there.

This is what I was searching for on the wiring for the starter and switch, great video thank you. Im also swapping an L92 from a Escalade to 2001 e46 4door. One question will the ABS be functional on your car?

Totally new to the BMW LS swap scene, would this ecu and wiring of the Holley Terminator work with an LM7 Turbo setup? I live in the UK and LS3s are just way too pricey.

@@Skipper_al nice! Cheers dude, I’m fully nerded out when it comes to BMW drivetrains but the LSX platform is totally new. This platform just has so much headroom to make silly power!! I have no idea where the hate between ford and Chevy can from, from this side of the pond we’d feel blessed to have the engines you guys have for a fraction of the cost 😂 just curious how much does an LM7 or LS3 cost in Canada and US?
@@wurslegumage yeah we sure are lucky here, you could pickup a junkyard LS here for like 1000 bucks. In fact I made money on that first motor parting the rest of the car out 😂
I have a question. I'm currently planning to LS7 swap my bmw e38, however, when looking at the wiring, how should I wire basic functions like the AC or other electronics outside the engine? Would it plug into the holley ECU or would I have to do CAN wiring for individual electronics.
The only thing you would need can for is your Ac, but I’m not running ac and all of my other dash functions work in the car without any sort of can. 👍👍
