+Mike Rogers I am seriously considering doing the same but I'd also have to buy a truck and with the gas and insurance plus the payments on a truck plus the payments on the RV wouldn't it be really expensive?

Looks 90's inside, especially the cabinets, whats a Jensen TV?? Why are they still using a piece of wood with a routered design etched into it? Arent we in 2016 already, there are so many new, modern, lighter materials to make this RV look relevant and weigh less. Why must it look like a house inside? Why does all the RV manufacturers not think outside the box.
It looked like he tried to open the dishwasher but he couldn't so he just continued on lol

I've noticed , it looks better less murials on side walls. I wish they had those two piece rims/wheels on it. 60's, 70's,80's type and a bit bigger wheels.

Nice. If you showed the kitchen sink, I missed it. However I have yet to find a clean, european style type, designed motorcoach. The raised panel wood doors (raised panels are heavier) and such are not for me. A clean - efficient, German or other style of motorcoach interior is what I'm looking for. Light colored with durable laminates, some wood veneers, and aluminum. High efficiency using the same build budget as this old school-rig is possible. I've seen them in Europe.

Very nice "trailer", but I did notice one unfortunate feature of the kitchen area. Because of the position of the island you can't stand in front of the oven when you open it. You have to stand off to either side. That would be a problem if you had a large roast or turkey inside. Not a good design.
Can this be fitted on the entrance side with an outside barbecue slide out for outdoor cooking? and maybe design a unit like this with a unique refrigerator that you could access outside and inside as well so that if you're cooking on the outside barbecue, you don't need to go inside for all your cold food supplies.
Would it survive a beagle, st bernard, a caucasion shepard, and another beagle?

outside it looks beautifully modern... inside... the opposite... it s horrible but I might think that only old people want to buy such pricey caravan... this would be great as tiny house and very modern inside as well and roof as terrace. I might think that only a truck licence can move this caravan ?

It looks so nice. I wanted to know about the roof. Does the roof come down the side or is it even? I'm concerned about leakage if the seams are on the rooftop and not down over the sides.
+gavin mimi The roof does come down the side a few inches to prevent leaking. The company uses a DiFlex hybrid roof covering with 1/2-inch plywood to aid in the prevention of leakage and to keep the coach well insulated. Thanks for asking!

I would give up my house for this but what do you hook it up to to transport it and can you live in it all year round ?
38' trailer LOL. I would park it on a piece of property and use it as a single wide mobile home. Very well equipped. Inside of it looks awesome. Wow they really thought this trailer through when they designed it.

surg23 Yes you can, many people do it full time.
***** Just like bumper pull trailers, they may say its a 30' trailer, but they don't include the 2-3 foot tongue. Just the actual living quarters part of the trailer is what they measure...in the case of the toy haulers they include that section as well, as in many of those you can use it for more bed space as well.

So you showed where all of the facilities are but nothing about power generation. You did mention batteries I thought that you might get to that. So at about 14,000 dry weight you need ton minimum.
So many questions. Appear here in CA, I may need a commercial license. Seems a trailer with a GVWR over 10.000 requires more than a class C. hear different things about that. But that's what I read. I hear the laws are according to the rating, and not the actual weight. I don't think I want a commercial license.
I'm thinking thiis is going to require a 450. Nice stuff!
