KEEP THAT WOMAN !!! In 30+yrs mine has NEVER come out to "help" unless it was to throw something of MINE AWAY!! AWESOME video!! I picked up a salvage '04 (not from a wreck. And sat for almost 10yrs) Going to do just what you did. Take the salvage parts off, clean and rebuild, and install one end at a time. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH FOR THIS!
22 bolts to be exact, 2 for the bottom of the struts, 2 for the parking brake cables, 4 on the driveshaft, 2 for the exhaust pipe, 8 for the braces that are attached to the subframe and the 4 for the subframe. That being said it is quite easy to do and not very long, I've been doing it alone and it took me about 1:30 hour taking my time not to break anything (Canadian winters are rough on cars)
I know this is an old video, but I'm getting ready to replace the same. Front and rear, steering and all. Do you have a parts list? Which parts would you keep and which would you replace? Recomendations? Awesome job on your build.
They work well. My suggestion is using them if you don't plan on dropping the subframe. They're mainly good for the easy installation withe subframe in.
Old but what’s the part number for the ruca ball joint? Part store don’t see it and dealer parts listing doesn’t show the part but you just pushed yours out. Lol please and thank you.
Well the ones I bought off of Ebay were RC-BJ0023 The ones I found today on Ebay were RC-BJ0025 Remember to remove the c clip before pressing out! Hope that helps
If you want the camber to be near stock it would be best to buy the bushing that is not adjustable. I wanted mine to have less camber so I positioned it towards the inside of the control arm
@@slightlymodified501 I bougth a kit from ebay with all the bushings I needed and I did'nt know that the upper control arm bushing would be sligthly off center. Maybe I could point the thin end up or down?

It was custom made, The oem bumper almost cleared but not quite..
how are those ROCA rear ball joints holding up?
How much did it cost to replace the whole suspension for front and rear?

8.10 How do you know which way to put in the bushing if you dont want to affect the camber too bad?

You can but im sure you can use that half of a degree of camber whether you make it positive or negative.
