I have my form gonna fill it out today. I called the IRS to see if I could resolve the $15,000 that I did not know that we owed. My husband had a stroke two years ago. I had to quit my job to stay home to care for him And we are living on his disability which is $1463 a month. It was $200 more but we have to pay his Medicare premium. I already know that we are in the negative at the end of every month, we don’t have enough to cover everything. We do have equity in our home and I hope that isn’t gonna go against us. we have a balance of $28,000 left on our mortgage. We purchased the home for under 40 the market on my property taxes were 280,000 today is this gonna hurt me? I do not qualify for any kind of home equity through my bank because we do not have enough income debt to ratio is bad. Advice for me. I have not been able to sleep in overweight since I received a letter last week. I don’t understand how we sent the letter to me is saying we owe $4300 and then when I called them they’re telling me that we over 15,000. Anyway, I would appreciate any advice you could give me.

We just had a summary judgement against the IRS granted to us by the U.S TAX COURT dismissing several years of back taxes interest and penalties by asserting that TAXABLE YEARS ENDED AUGUST 16 1954 and the IRS has NO TAXING AUTHORITY OUTSIDE THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. We won this case without an attorney and only cost $60 fining fee.
