It's not a bluetooth controller, It works with the help of a dongle (USB) It meant to connect to an Usb port of a PC. If you want to use it on mobile you need an OTG cable and connect the dongle to the otg adapter. An OTG cable costs around 60 to 150+Rs depends on your mobile port type.
