This popped up today. Hard to believe 6 years ago. Heck Michael is only about 3 years away from breaking even as a tool dealer now. Absolutely enjoy these videos with him and mrs matco. Very informative and genuine. Glad to see things are still going well. Nice to watch these older ones from time to time.
Just started watching a few weeks ago but after a few hundred videos (well not sure hundreds but it feels that way) I finally seen the first Matco video. I’ll have to say you definitely get what you see from Micheal. Seems the same guy from day one to the latest video. Looking forward to meet you all, if y’all do the 2023 meet up.

Sounds like you have a better Matco dealer now,knows the tools very well.Still waiting on my new dealer.I had a great Matco dealer,his service was great and never questioned me on a broken tool that needed replaced including worn out tools.Always asked me if I had anything broken.Matco took this route away from him.
MATCO was the first tool truck I ever bought from so I will always have a soft spot for them. Congratulations on your new tool truck 👍 The amount of tools looked great! 🙂
I’ve been blessed with really good Matco reps over the years.My first “high dollar” socket set was a 3/8 drive deep metric set that I purchased way back in about 89 from my Matco guy. I still got them all and never busted one.

hi clay. thanks for another great video. i liked your tool grab. i noticed you bought a punch holder. i hated my first matco punch holder because it was completely round on the inside and the punch would slide out to the side .i ended up buying a snap on one because it wasnt round and held the punch in a V shape. i recently stripped the matco one a couple years ago, and the new one had been redesigned with that V shape ! it works great now!! the new matco punch holder tool # is PCHOC cheers
Been burnt too many times but Matco dealers and no corporate support. Now when the few items I have left break, I throw them away. Never will let them in the shop again. New dealers are asked politely to leave the first time. Next time it gets personal
Man at my Ford dealership we got a Snap-on, Mac tools, Cornwell, and Pontoon dealer but no MATCO. He quit never showed up really was a horrible tool dealer, sure wish we had someone like Michael!
Good luck Michael matco has some great stuff brand loyal see are I find it beneficial to deal with them all and the dealer makes the biggest difference service of the product Mike will get you far
how happy are you that you got matco michael!!! lol i watched the older matco dealer video's where the ratchet broke on the head and he just cold shouldered you. crazy how its a night and day difference with you're matco dealers, and did you ever get the ratchet fixed??
No we didn’t because of the dealer and we traded it in on the snap on truck. We swore off MATCO all together and then along came Michael and changed everything for the better
I saw that Matco locking flex head you love hanging from that ceiling, haha. I’ve never seen those Knipex pliers before (the first pair you bought; I’ve already got the pliers wrench).
Michael StJohn i agrre i love the matco 88 tooth locking flex heads. I have 2 and i also have 1 snap on locking flex head and i hate the way theirs is designed.
That ratchet is long gone but I think it’s all going to be good from now moving forward. Micheal is a good guy, so think things will pick up from here. No Diesel didn’t make it on the truck.

Looks like you have a good Matco dealer to start. The Matco dealer that comes to our shop only comes on day shift and won’t come to nights so I never see the guy.
That sucks, but on the other hand my MATCO guy is great especially to be brand new in the tool truck game, he is doing a fantastic job, even though it took him 3 weeks to let me finally film, I just refused to go on the truck unless I could take you guys with me!
Im extremely jealous the new shop I work in dont have a matco truck servicing the area... We do have strap on. Too bad I barely have any snap on tools lol mostly matco

I own all matco ratchets 1/4” 3/8” and 1/2” they do make the best hands down!!!!
They make their own tool box. Still the best ratchets...
It depends on what locking flex head design you prefer. The Snap on design just looks like it's harder to bump or get caught in something.
