HOAX is a new Hammond emulator based on real physical modelling (RPM). Original B3 mechanics and electrics transferred to a digital Field Programmable Gate Array - HOAX means "Hammond on a Xilinx FPGA".
@B0VIST Could you please make a clear recording for us? This is the only 9 contact HOAX that has been mentioned and since the sound quality of the recording is horrible it's very frustrating trying to hear how good it really sounds. I know there are other videos on your site, but I'd like a good demonstration before I buy one. Also if I put it in my Hammond Elegante (81') will it be simple to hook to existing draw bars on the Elegante? What about the presets ( reverse black and white keys)?-Paul
Did you use the HOAX OrganScan61 boards to connect the individually switched busbar contacts? Can you explain how you did this and what hardware you used? I am looking to do the same and I'm trying to figure out what components I need. Thanks.
Okay, so this great sounding straight forward breakthrough is being demonstrated through a crappy as hell camera microphone. This takes the cake. Please make a better recording and show a little more detail about this product, the options, costs for parts etc. This one seems to have such potential. I'd like to install it in my Wurlitzer 4500 as a compliment to it's already great sounding voices. How's this for an idea- Universal wireless system allows you to lay strip on back of any keyboard?
Excelente proyecto. Felicidades.
