Los patacones en Colombia están hechos con Plátano verde, no son de Banano, el banano es una fruta, que se come cruda, en cambio el plátano se come frito como los patacones y cocido en sopa

El café que venden en cafeterias normalmente es pasilla/residuo, si de verdad quieren probar café colombiano debe pedir "cafe especial" es un poco mas costoso

@@PilgartExplores En realidad el Bagre que le llaman los colombianos es una subespecie del Surubi o Es el SURUBI` que es el pez mas grande de Rios caudalosos de la amazonia y la cuenca del Parana`. En Bolivia, en la parte Amazonica o llanos Orientales se llama Surubi` y llega a medir 1 metro y medio a casi 2 metros de largo, es carne pura , con estructura Osea media por supuesto y sin espinas como los demas peces. El SURUBI ( palabra en Guarani`) es una delicia a la parrilla, sopas o fritos acompaniado con yucas o cualquier Guarnicion que le quieras dar. saludos choquito desde santa cruz- Bolivia.

Dude your spanish is very good, easy to understand. Unfortunally thats not a well served Ajiaco, the correct one is only served with chicken breast with a best presentation. There are a few places where you can find a better one.
