In this video I will be fabricating an adapter plate to house Toyota 86 paddle shifters and the stock IS300 cruise control switch, while using an aftermarket Grant steering wheel. Deleting the airbag and going to a more sports car type of feel. It all bolts on and its all plug & play!!!

The shift paddles were stock from the frs??
Yes, I purchased a used FRS steering wheel off the market place and unbolted the paddle shifters From the FRS wheel and fabricated an adapter plate for the generic 3 both aftermarket steering wheel hub assembly. I also use the cruise control from FRS wheel, however in order to use cruise control you have to sacrifice the IS 300 steering wheel harness if you want to be able have it unplug in the future
@@oneilsgarage cool I plan on doing the same for my 98 gs400, I really don’t care about cruise control, I just want the shift buttons to still work with a aftermarket wheel. Thanks
