Well, you can't really measure anything from Adam and Noah given that they are fictional characters, not historical figures. And, of course, the Earth is billions of years old, not 6000 years old.

The bigger issue is that the Masoretic text removed about 1250 or so years from Genesis 5 and 11 in comparison to the Septuagint, so as to deny that Yeshua was the Messiah. Put those years back and the current year is something like 7465 or so. Adam had set at 230, not 130, for example. So, the calculated date of creation is 5440 BC.
