I'm not entirely convinced that after being kicked out of the garden that all or most people did not continue to have a relationship with God. It seems to me that it's very plausible that most common people did have Relationship with God up until around the time of the Cross. But for the social, political, business and religious leaders, those may have been more like what we see still in modern times, and I think that is supported by the way God admonishes them so often in scripture. My thinking is God was constantly communicating with the common people in their dreams and at different points in their lives. This would mean that common people were relative more aware or even very aware of their spiritual body and spiritual nature while living in the material. This could explain much of the strange behaviors and actions that took place in ancient times according to scripture. In Malachi 3:1 we see the foretelling of a transition. Two messengers and one of those who we will "delight" in. I have asked Jewish Rabbis about that passage and the answer has been that God is talking only about one messenger. I'm Jewish but because of my memory being with God from my pbe, and the events of my life, I believe in The Gospel of Christ.

You are quoting the Apostle Paul. I'll give both his examples. If you are suggesting a "spiritual Israel," and a "spiritual Jew" from these verses....As most Christians infer (conclude)....That is known as eisegesis; or reading into the text. In the first instance; Paul is saying that only a born again descendant of the ten tribes of Israel is Israel in God's sight. The "they are not" Paul is referring to are the unregenerate descendants of the ten tribes. The same exegesis applies in the latter case: Only a born again descendant of the tribe of Judah is a Jew in God's sight. The "outward" Jew was one who still tried to follow the (600+ ) Mosaic Law. And; as Jesus said; the unlawfully added "commandments of men." Christians really need to start reading the whole Bible in context. John 3:16 still applies. However; a non-Israelite can never magically become a physical descendant of Jacob. They will share in the promises; but they are not "grafted" into the olive tree. I've long been under the impression that Simeon was absorbed by Judah and that the Levites also lived with Judah because they were a tribe of priests, with Benjamin making four tribes in the land of Judah. Have I got this wrong?
I think that Judah absorbed Simeon, so they might have just identified as Judah. That is speculation on my part, so don’t quote it as gospel! When Israel started worshiping other Gods, the Levites went to Jerusalem.(remember that they had been scattered throughout all Israel) Benjamin’s inheritance was very close to Jerusalem.

The harder to point out are the Northern Kingdom tribes of today, since only they mixed amongst the nations, therefore are a variety of skin complexions. It's not really hard to identify where the northern 10 tribes are when Jacob's prophecy in Gen. 49 gives us the key to identifying them now. Jacob said that this prophecy was for _the last days_ , so God has obviously made it known that these tribes can be located if ppl truly wanted to find them.

I'm not entirely convinced that after being kicked out of the garden that all or most people did not continue to have a relationship with God. It seems to me that it's very plausible that most common people did have Relationship with God up until around the time of the Cross. But for the social, political, business and religious leaders, those may have been more like what we see still in modern times, and I think that is supported by the way God admonishes them so often in scripture. My thinking is God was constantly communicating with the common people in their dreams and at different points in their lives. This would mean that common people were relative more aware or even very aware of their spiritual body and spiritual nature while living in the material. This could explain much of the strange behaviors and actions that took place in ancient times according to scripture. In Malachi 3:1 we see the foretelling of a transition. Two messengers and one of those who we will "delight" in. I have asked Jewish Rabbis about that passage and the answer has been that God is talking only about one messenger. I'm Jewish but because of my memory being with God from my pbe, and the events of my life, I believe in The Gospel of Christ.

The Bible scripture that says a Jew is not one outwardly but inwardly is found in Romans 2:28-29, which states: "For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh; but he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the Spirit, not in the letter; whose praise is not from men but from God."
You are quoting the Apostle Paul. I'll give both his examples. If you are suggesting a "spiritual Israel," and a "spiritual Jew" from these verses....As most Christians infer (conclude)....That is known as eisegesis; or reading into the text. In the first instance; Paul is saying that only a born again descendant of the ten tribes of Israel is Israel in God's sight. The "they are not" Paul is referring to are the unregenerate descendants of the ten tribes. The same exegesis applies in the latter case: Only a born again descendant of the tribe of Judah is a Jew in God's sight. The "outward" Jew was one who still tried to follow the (600+ ) Mosaic Law. And; as Jesus said; the unlawfully added "commandments of men." Christians really need to start reading the whole Bible in context. John 3:16 still applies. However; a non-Israelite can never magically become a physical descendant of Jacob. They will share in the promises; but they are not "grafted" into the olive tree. Again; in full biblical context: The wild branches represent the exiled ten tribes, and their descendants. (After their exile.) Remember; in Hosea 1:10 God promised the descendants of the ten tribes that he would exceedingly multiply them. "As the sand of the sea." The first century Jewish historian Josephus knew where they were. "There are but two tribes in Europe and Asia subject to the Romans. I've long been under the impression that Simeon was absorbed by Judah and that the Levites also lived with Judah because they were a tribe of priests, with Benjamin making four tribes in the land of Judah. Have I got this wrong?
I think that Judah absorbed Simeon, so they might have just identified as Judah. That is speculation on my part, so don’t quote it as gospel! When Israel started worshiping other Gods, the Levites went to Jerusalem.(remember that they had been scattered throughout all Israel) Benjamin’s inheritance was very close to Jerusalem.

A proper; in context study of his statements does NOT imply a "spiritual Israel of non-Israelites"; or "non-Judahite 'spiritual Jews.' " First case: He meant that only born-again descendants of the ten tribes of Israel were full Israelites in God's eyes. The "not all" portion are still Israel; but have not received the gift of salvation. Second case: The same principle applies. Only born-again descendants of Judah; Jacob's fourth son; were Jews in God's eyes. The "outward only" Jews were still following the Law.
It's not really hard to identify where the northern 10 tribes are when Jacob's prophecy in Gen. 49 gives us the key to identifying them now. Jacob said that this prophecy was for _the last days_ , so God has obviously made it known that these tribes can be located if ppl truly wanted to find them.

(2) You are imposing the modern use of the word "leprosy" (Hansen's disease) into a time over three thousand years ago. *The Hebrew word for leprous was used for various diseases affecting the skin.* Moreover; Caucasians have varying degrees of skin color. My Taiwanese wife's family have skin "whiter" than mine. So do some South Koreans; whom I have also taught. However; my Anglo Saxon/Celtic facial features make me a standout.
