Not really bud, sure creepypastas were around back then no doubt about that but very few had animations or even photos accompanying them. I remember searching for sonic.exe footage as a kid (before crimson made the game) and stumbling across this

The title music is actually Chaos Angel Zone Act 2, from Sonic Advance 3.
+KJ Setser I just listened to it... and no, it isn't Metroid Fusion's title theme. Although they were both GBA so I could see where you would get that from.
The black boss is actually a recolor the Ultimate Chimera from Mother 3, AKA the American-unreleased EarthBound 2. Plus, the Game Over sprite is actually a sprite edit of the Icon of Sin's Brain from DooM II, AKA John Romero's Head.

You know I remember watching this as a kid and being so scared that I kept myself up all night to avoid having dreams about it. Now the only bit in this I don't like is when sonic gets crushed to death, would never want to go out that way.
Being crushed has to be the suckiest way to die, other than being eaten alive or having a terminal illness.
