Honestly, I do like that it didn't feel impossible or illogical. The fact that in the story that predates Sonic.exe, the writer actually tried nope-ing out of the situation already makes this feel not as "op do dumb stuff because horror"esc as a bunch of other pastas.
Honestly the story having a brief epilogue explaining that Gonzalo later found out he had undiagnosed epilepsy (or something to that effect) that the game triggered, would have lent a lot more credence to it. He would've been one of the few creepypasta protagonists to have a brain, and would have had a reason for the strangeness, with the main mystery being where the game/drive originally came from. I don't think horror _always_ needs an explanation, but sometimes it can be that last little bit that makes a story good, especially when _so many_ just have "I couldn't move because evil game for some reason" being all there is. Still, it's definitely better than a lot of them out there.
I personally would love to hear you do more of these. Some people don't really have the right voice for Creepypasta readings but you nailed it in my opinion!
More creepypasta readings would be great, especially with your commentary added on at the end? I enjoy hearing your opinions on things; plus, when I actually get scared by whatever the creepypasta is, you're so funny that your jokes pretty much instantly make me not scared any more and it's great!
