I see this as a potentially fun raid build 6 guardians, all have NTTE w/ catalyst, one warlock with arcsoul, another with well of radiance, Titan bubble for Weapons of Light Damage big

I did a "Non-Combat" mage run once in skyrim. They focused on Illusion, Alteration, and Conjuration. Probably the most fun I've ever had on a character, so you can imagine the fun I had with "No Time to Explain" paired with Arc Buddies, high Discipline CD, and "Get Away Artist" for the Sentient Arc Soul. ♥
A guy helped me in this same mission you're running towards the start of the video going through where that lost sector is for the mission, and he had NTTE. It spawns portals for your entire fireteam and not just you. Blew my mind when that portal popped up in the corner of my screen lol. Sorry. Green D2 player here.

One thing that wasn’t mentioned is that the rewind again also stacks when you hit any enemy slowed by stasis, so for example you can hit someone with a stasis melee and shoot them and even non-precision hits will stack the perk
One of my favorite little things about No Time to Explain is that the portal pal/dark buddy’s sound is the destiny 1 no time to explain sound whereas the actual weapon’s sound is slightly different. It’s just a nice little touch, but it makes me enjoy and appreciate this exotic that much more.
No time to explain is an adaptive frame pulse rifle. As someone who ran a full auto Eynstine-D with outlaw and almost cried when I deleted it from my vault. I have over 5k of kills after accidentally deleting my other one with over 10k of PvE kills. Outside of a possible ornament that could change up the sights is really all I could want at this point. I will say that it has lessened the blow of one of my favorite pulse rifles being sunset in the game. I am about 40% thru the catalyst and I do agree it is nasty as is.
I pre-ordered the standard and got the pass on launch day, still didn't get it. It's either a bug or you need at least Deluxe, which is just plain scummy on Bungie's part for being so vague about it.
1:28 You don't actually have to load into the strike, just go to the area. That's what I did, and you don't have to compete with blueberries for kills. 3:05 You could call it the "Dark Buddy" or "Dark Soul"

Never liked pulse rifles, always been scout and auto. This has now changed with no time to explain. This is an excellent gun, the portal buddy makes me smile. I haven't done the masterworks yet but will be, especially after seeing the fire rate increase.
I love this gun and have been using it all season with a trench barrel auto loading cqc shotgun and an auto loading seraph saw or guillotine . The auto loading weapons have me shooting 100% of the time and it’s a wrecker in one imo with bottom tree hammers hallowfire is the loadout I like the best . Not a big fan of stasis but it’s powerful on every character
Sounds fun, I still have been going back to Blast Furnace after every pulse I have used... Actually the only weapon that I was bummed about getting sunset. I like the perks on NTTE so we shall see.
The best thing about the ‘No Time to Explain’ is the story about the weapon itself. Not the lore but how a fan had the weapon pretty much made for them. So cool they brought it back and better than ever. Hope the guy is still playing and is kicking ass with his weapon.
Just a heads up, you don't have to do the strike for the Vex kills. It's easier to just go to those locations in patrol because the strike only spawns vex in the boss room and people constantly steal kills if you're running solo.
You don't have to do the strike for glassway. You can just go to the Nexus area and kill the ads there. The issue is that there are only about 22 kills available so you'd have to run it three times and going back to Verik's area to restart it can be a pain.
Got I remember when this thing in Y1D1 as a blue could two burst most (any not max armor guardian) as a 390 ROF. Good times, well deserved need, but good times
I used cold denial a lot in crucible last season and loved that gun to pieces. If this gun is even better than that, then I may have found my new main weapon
I don't know if your doing builds yet but I've been playing with a melee build with behemoth titan rockin dunemarchers, Monte Carlo, and the xenoclast IV shotgun with grave robber and swashbuckler. With max strength and a shotgun ammo finder You basically never run out of melees and you don't really have to reload just keep punching. It's amazing in PVE but I haven't tried it in PVP I've been calling the build "Monte's Artic March" I'd love to know what you think of it
No Time to Explain in PvE is cracked as well if you ask me. It reloads shots on a 1:1 ratio, meaning a full headshot burst gets you a full refund. That means you can sit there and just endlessly wallop on a boss or high-health enemy with zero concern for ammo if you can land precision hits, making it a possible go-to for raid boss damage phases if the time portal DPS boost can hold up and make No Time to Explain a high DPS weapon.
Destiny 2 needs a shooting range so that you can test out weapons and the like. So, a tad like the Tribute Hall where you can spawn enemies to shoot at, have the Vault to access your weapons and gear, and infinite ammo bricks and super energy.
I have 'No Time to Explain' why this gun would be a LOT of fun in pve with GG: Way of the Sharpshooter. Probably not anything too very busted, but something fun to play around with.

Arc Buddy, Portal Buddy, and the Lost Sector where you rescue frames. End result, feels like your walking into a Lost Sector with a raid fireteam.

Catalyst doesn’t work at really long ranges but where it does work is long enough
No Time To Explain also has Hipfire Grip as a hidden perk.
Us warlocks now have firing squads on our shoulders and I love it
