Never give up hope. My granddaughter was ran over by a car at 7 and had 3 skull fractures, broken leg, and many contusions. Was in a coma for 8 days at primary children's hospital. She survived. Has some hearing damage that was operated on twice and had to get a hearing aid eventually. But graduated a whole year early from school and is a blessing to us all. She's perfect with a few scars.

I escaped my grandparents house when I was 2 years old, and began wandering around on my own (thank god that my grandparents friends were around and kept an eye on me until my dad came). My mom didn’t even suspect it was me leaving the house because I was too short to reach the door knob. She thought it was her father coming in from outside. To this day, she and my dad still have no idea how I got out.
