Just keep practicing! The hardest thing for me when I first started playing the upper register was being relaxed while playing. Being tense just makes everything more difficult.
I’m currently a freshman, and I can (on a good day) go as high as a D. Since sixth grade G and above has always seemed harder to play. But recently I’ve been able to play G and A easily.
Long tones help a lot. I’m currently a sophomore in high school and my range usually goes up to an E above and double F# and I got there by long tones and lip slurs in the higher register
