With the headmaster, you can cheese the tour by buying an expensive decorative item and moving it to each respective room with Buy Mode before you show it to him (the number of points you get for a room is determined by the Environment score). The meal score is determined by how filling the food is (food made with high quality fresh ingredients from gardening or fishing will give a great score). You can also get +10 points if the headmaster has a drink at the bar and another +10 points if he has espresso (you have to serve it while he is in the room in order for him to queue the action to take a drink though).
I believe of all the motives, Fun and Social have the most impact on a sim's overall mood. Energy does not affect mood at all, but having a better bed and spending less time sleeping means sims have more time to fulfil their other needs. The fastest source of Fun is to repeatedly kick lawn flamingoes and garden gnomes (Pescado's Macrotastics mod can automate this, but it feels slightly lame, and is also buggy as often the flamingoes get stuck, sims can no longer kick them, and the player has to sell them and buy new ones). Viewing decorative objects also provides a fast source of Fun, particularly if you cancel the action early and then queue it again. If you don't want to manage sims' motives at all then you can put snapdragons from the flower arranging bench everywhere to passively increase all your sims' motives except Energy. It is a lame strategy (your sims can just spend all their time either sleeping or skilling or fulfilling wants) but useful for fast-forwarding through annoying life stages like toddlers or college (I also recommend Cyjon's college timer mod so that college doesn't last almost as long as the entire adult life stage).
Headmaster - feed first, then home tour, then hang out/hot tub with him for the rest of the scenario. If you have family members on other lots, lock the external doors for all sims once he's inside or your jerky rellos will ruin everything.
When I watched your first video, I didn't realize you're a small channel because the editing and the narration is that of a big channel. Anyways, Sims 2 is one of the greats and it's hard to believe it's 20 years old. And while I know most of these tips, there's always something to learn about.

I’ve played the game for years never knew about the bonus points for the headmaster getting in the hot tub ! ❤❤❤
The tips about the headmaster are gold
Those tips are actually very useful. I might try the last one since I never ever thought of doing this, this is so clever!
