Two Double Cipher in my opinion is not a good pick. Taking away the powers of one Xyz monster you control to summon one more with the same name, which will ONLY be beneficial if you have a specific Continuous Spell face-up already. Rest of the main deck is pretty well made but maximize the Cipher Biplane. You can run Cipher Biplane at 3 if you remove the Double Ciphers. Cipher Spectrum is okay.
in the TCG it's not legal, but in the OCG it is. In a comment I just made I said to instead maximize the Cipher Biplane. You're better off running D Shifter or Kaijus since you can't run Maxx C if playing TCG banlist
sorry this deck is horrible switch to normal galaxy eyes its way stronger has follow up and can play through multiple hand traps if you know what your doing.
