Pure Galaxy-Eyes Photon Master 1 Deck! ft. Photon Delta Wing!

- This is my 3rd time reaching Master 1 with pure Galaxy Photon deck, and this one is the first time I used Delta Wing as the part of the deck. This is pretty much the same decklist of my Master 5 Galaxy Photon video ( • Master Rank Pure Galax...
), but I adjusted (and also added) the staples for the deck to be more suitable in countering the meta/games I faced in the ladder, as well as for going 2nd if I lose coin toss more than winning it.

The deck prefers going 1st, to do combos and make a strong board. Photon Delta Wing helps achieving that on the first turn, since it helps summoning Galaxy Photon Dragon. The deck can summon N38, 90, and also Solflare for interruptions. Then, the deck focuses to OTK on your second turn (turn 3 of the game). Despite all that, the deck is very capable of going 2nd and OTK with its NC62, even with only its own pure engine.

What do you think is objectively the best galaxy eyes deck for ranked? Do you have a deck list somewhere
@@drip1orddior The ones you feel most comfortable with. The deck's combo isnt that simple, so you need to get used to it, or you cant make optimal plays to win the game.

Awesomeness! That is my goal is to one day reach master rank with galaxy-eyes and so far I've made it too platinum 4 with it
Both games against fire king are such masterclass duels. They really show how to play the deck against handtraps really well and claim victory convincingly.

Yo, I've seen your deck on master duel meta, i love the construct. I use utopia, but in this meta, it's slightly difficult. Still fighting galaxy eyes is always fun.

I see you went up to 45 usually you are under 40 did the consistency change at 45 ?also in case with monsters like crooked cook how do you deal with that? Does tachyion works or no
Crooked cook would be unaffected by tachyons effect would need some form of pierce,kaiju,underworld goddess maybe
Photon trident gives piercing damage against cook, can be searched too

I feel the consistency is about the same for either 40 or 45 cards list. It's just going 2nd would give me almost no handtraps at 42 cards, so I added 3 more staples. If you feel lucky enough playing 40 cards list and going 2nd still gives you good handtraps, I guess you can play 40 cards list.

Is it fine for me if I cut "Number 38: Hope Harbinger Dragon Titanic Galaxy" for another budget target ???
number 38 is quite good, but isnt essential IMO if you are really on a budget. can replace it with Hieratic sky dragon overload (SR) or tachyon maybe if you have it? not 100% sure as i am not nearly as experienced as the video maker. maybe they can help out?
No. Rank 8 galaxy for going 1st are only two, and N38 is one of them. Dont forget trance's lock.

There aren't that many non anime light dragon decks you know. Chaos dragons are mixed with the darks

Can you do galaxy photon with horus ?
With Horus is easy, just bring 2-3 coffin and one copy of each Horus monster. If you were to run that you can get rid of delta wings

I genuinely love this deck, but I always have the worst luck. Either no combos to extend, hand trap city, or opponent always has the out before I can start/continue combo. 🥲
