Man, y'all really put some deep thought into this build! I was considering driving over ten hours to use an installer who understands long range off road driving! You are five hours away!
Thank you! We live what we do and approach all of our builds from the viewpoint of what's best for the owner to accomplish their adventure goals with a specific vehicle. We'd love the opportunity to earn your business.
what an amazing build, the cabinet system in the back looks very neat! would like to see one with the fridge integration back there instead of over the back seat delete.
We went with the heavy rear coils from Dobinsons and have adjusted the MRR shocks to handle rebound/compression with the altered weight. The coils handle the weight fine both on and off-road.
This is my Gladiator and we run it hard on the trails and get off camber while rock crawling quite a bit. There have been no issues with the wood-based cabinetry system and I have no hesitation in recommending SHW systems.
Very little condensation as the propane heater vents to the outside and we keep the windows slightly unzipped. We only notice slight condensation on nights that are damp and near or below freezing.
GREAT BUILD! Thanks for the walk around and the quality of this build.
Impressive thought and slight departure from most of the Ali-Cab built Gladiators I’ve seen.
Well Done

Pretty sweet! Honored to be one of the first subs!
Nice build. Do you charge the customer FULL RETAIL for the components used for the build?
We run our Gladiator pretty hard overlanding. Do you have concerns using a wood based system? Thx

Hello,
Pretty cool build, how much moisture build up occurs from the propane heater? Thanks.
Very little condensation as the propane heater vents to the outside and we keep the windows slightly unzipped. We only notice slight condensation on nights that are damp and near or below freezing.
Hi, do you know if the Alucab can be used with the sun-rider roof?
You are able to still use your Freedom Panels or something like the Sun-Rider with a Canopy Camper installed!
Any chance you can tell me the height above the bed rails of the Alu-Cab? Need to see if it will fit in my garage.
The vehicle should be back at the shop later this week for an event so we'll take some measurements and post them for you.
@@cw4x4 Thanks, that would be great!
I know that dust intrusion is less with the tailgate removed but do you do any additional sealing with Sikaflex or something?
We completely seal the unit/doorframe/fit kit etc with Sikaflex and butyl tape.
With the Sikaflex and butyl tape, there has been absolutely no dust intrusion in the camper.
