Jeep Gladiator with Alu-Cab Canopy Camper Walk Around
มุมมอง 36Kปีที่แล้ว
We built this brand new Jeep Gladiator ground up to be ready for overland adventure with a fully kitted out Alu-Cab Canopy Camper, complete with SHW Off-road seat delete and cabinets! To learn more about us or to start building your adventure, go to www.cw4x4.com
GREAT BUILD! Thanks for the walk around and the quality of this build.
What an amazing build!!! Definitely something I want to do for my Gladiator overland build!!!!
Perfect build. That seat-delete is awesome.
what an amazing build, the cabinet system in the back looks very neat! would like to see one with the fridge integration back there instead of over the back seat delete.
what brand and length are the rear door straps? Im doing the exact same build as this for my jeep gladiator Willys 2024 Great video 👏
Best overview of the Alu-Cab and all of the available options coupled with great common sense advice without the hype.
Assame
We run our Gladiator pretty hard overlanding. Do you have concerns using a wood based system? Thx
This is my Gladiator and we run it hard on the trails and get off camber while rock crawling quite a bit. There have been no issues with the wood-based cabinetry system and I have no hesitation in recommending SHW systems.
Man that quilted ceiling is nice 😊
This is a beautiful rig you guys build thx for sharing cheers from tampa fl
Awesome walk-thru! This is the best I have seen the purchasing process explained. Very helpful. Thank you for trusting in our products for this build for @RevereOverland.
I love the look of the Alu Cab product.
I'm glad Rob switched to this, so that I can get some ideas from him. I am even more happy that Commonwealth did the install because I have been eyeing ya'll for a bit now.
Can you share the approx build cost? Amazing build
Hi, do you know if the Alucab can be used with the sun-rider roof?
You are able to still use your Freedom Panels or something like the Sun-Rider with a Canopy Camper installed!
Really nice build! Thanks you for sharing
Thank you for the kind words!
I love this car.
Impressive thought and slight departure from most of the Ali-Cab built Gladiators I’ve seen. Well Done
Nice build. Do you charge the customer FULL RETAIL for the components used for the build?
Seeing how you load up all the ala carte components has clearly defined how shops like yours really take advantage. So unnecessary. I will never use a company like yours. Robbery.
Hello, Pretty cool build, how much moisture build up occurs from the propane heater? Thanks.
Very little condensation as the propane heater vents to the outside and we keep the windows slightly unzipped. We only notice slight condensation on nights that are damp and near or below freezing.
Well done 👍
I know that dust intrusion is less with the tailgate removed but do you do any additional sealing with Sikaflex or something?
We completely seal the unit/doorframe/fit kit etc with Sikaflex and butyl tape.
With the Sikaflex and butyl tape, there has been absolutely no dust intrusion in the camper.
Man, y'all really put some deep thought into this build! I was considering driving over ten hours to use an installer who understands long range off road driving! You are five hours away!
Thank you! We live what we do and approach all of our builds from the viewpoint of what's best for the owner to accomplish their adventure goals with a specific vehicle. We'd love the opportunity to earn your business.
can you talk about rear springs and how does the jeep handles the weight , thanks amazing video
We went with the heavy rear coils from Dobinsons and have adjusted the MRR shocks to handle rebound/compression with the altered weight. The coils handle the weight fine both on and off-road.
Any chance you can tell me the height above the bed rails of the Alu-Cab? Need to see if it will fit in my garage.
The vehicle should be back at the shop later this week for an event so we'll take some measurements and post them for you.
@@cw4x4 Thanks, that would be great!
Love this build!
killed it boys
Thank you Sam!
Outstanding work! Thanks for trusting in our parts as part of this awesome build!
Love the build! Hopefully ours will be very soon and a lot like this! 👊👍 Nailed it!
Pretty sweet! Honored to be one of the first subs!
Nicely done!
Thank you!
