My husband did all the copper work on this gorgeous home. I'm so proud.
how much that house cost?
I bet yo give him 10 BJ for his achievements
Mobile Players grow up
How much is it worth?
Fake
I dont want to see a neighbor for 10 mil.
The bathroom stalls at my work are further apart .
Could not agree with you more. It like being in the middle seat in an airplane while paying first-class prices. With that price, I need the neighbors to be at least a mile away. LOL
Welcome to California
Its interesting to read what people think living by the beach is like. I live in Ventura and it's not humid and the sea level doesn't rise too much. And I've never seen rats on the beach. A lot of squirrels though.
Shhh! Stop that! 😡
It is indeed! it's perfect here, El nino hasn't occured since the 90's. I love VTA!
👍👍
I live in Ventura too and I absolutely love it
Do the squirrels get in your house?
I can't stop looking at this video, im obsessed, it's my absolute dream home, hoping to steal a few ideas for my fixer upper in Nova Scotia.
Nova Scotia is beautiful is your place on the beach?
Α LL best in life
Living on the edge... gorgeous
The best thing about the house is the back access direct to the sea or ocean...
Me waking up tp the sound of the waves and the rocks just straight up sounds beautiful... This is home that I buy when I get money from the lottery!
This is my dream home period. There is no other house dreamier to me. I watch this video often. 😊🌊🌊🌊 Thank you for making this beautiful video including the music, it’s all perfection. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Nice house design, but small fire pit, infinity edge pool will look even better.
Absolutely love this. Wow! Wow! Wow! However ... building a house that close to the sea on that low level ... I'd be too afraid of floods. Did I mention already that I love it anyway?
P. A. I’m not sure if anyone has ever told you (maybe you can ask a friend, or an 8 year old elementary school student) but uh, generally there really aren’t many hurricanes in Southern California. Therefore, there probably wouldn’t be any flooding risk. Their risk in that part of the country would be a tsunami, but that is also extremely rare.
Speaking Truths rare doesn’t mean it cant happen. For someone to spend millions to live there and live there for decades, its a reasonable fear for some people so no need to try to be a condescending a-hole
This house will be underwater in 20 years anyway with the sea level rising
I grew up here, surfed that point for decades. hurricanes, no. but every 20 or so years the first level of all that row of houses gets smashed by winter swells hard. the last house is on stilts (not pictured in video) smartest one on the row. better to be at the top of a point than the bottom for a beach house on the west coast. gorgeous build. always wanted to see inside.
Interior design is perfection. Love the pocket doors, pocket windows in the kitchen, gold fixtures, polished tub, etc
Find one love to live together
I would be so blessed if I lived in this home, absolutely perfection 😍
such a nice beach home. The home of my dreams.
The kitchen is so beautiful. Especially the window 😍🌅
What a beautiful property with picture perfect views and quick access to road too. 🍺😎

Fantastique !!!
I prefer to be on the water rather than looking at it. Besides, I'm not home enough to enjoy it
But I'm going to buy it anyway as a homeless shelter.
Driven by this house many times
5 days ago we had an earthquake on fourth of july, if the big one is coming cant it cause a small tsunami????? imagine it floods........ that would SUCK its so beautiful tho, like that view wow
nah, catalina islands take the hit
Califórnia !!!!!!
Married and live there
Incredible again 😙😎
Grew up in the house right next to it in summer when I was growing up! View was gorgeous! Beach was almost non existent besides dawn due to high tides! They’re was quite a bad flood 10ish years ago? Was mainly beach side outdoor damage with little to no water damage within the house. Remember going after school and helping my family dig out the ocean front entrance even though I was quite young!
One of my favorite houses ever but Needs some hedges or a large fence for the sides of the house
Great views but no privacy at all.
That's nice, itll be fully submerged in 10-20 years.
Waves Noise... Highway Noise..... Nice house though.
I’m in Oxnard that’s a bad ass house
It sits empty while homelessness is epidemic. It is a dream home but, everybody should be able to have one. Driven by n surfed close many times.
I stopped at the free Mason flooring. Gimme a break. 0:22 The white aesthetic is so outdated. White is NOT the new beige.
I was so turned off by the checkerboard floor, the pine wood on the staircase.
Ohh what a lovely house can just anybody just go in or does it have a wall/fence?
I dunno man there is something missing.
Why not shoot 60fps on your videos?
Lol that house is going to be underwater in 20 years. Here's to me 10 million richer on the hill.
I wouldn't live on the hill either though, then your house will burn down
Beautiful
It is butifu
Wonderful home, but I wonder how it could be after a big storm, when you see how high waves can be. And it must be so humid. Not even talking about mist from waves.
not humid out here at all been here since the early 90's. & never any high wave issues. the islands protect us which is actually pretty cool
That light... it's mesmerizing...
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
If cali were to get hurricanes like the east coast... that house would’ve been gone by now.
Wow
Does it come with a safety boat???
And if a storm happens to destroy part of the building there's always the government handout
wow
if there is a tsunami goodbye. but nice home
Yeah, but you'll get the best view of the Tsunami compared to ANYONE else.
You’re not local. Channel Islands would bear the brunt.
Brian Alanis
Wrap around effect dude. You think those islands will protect it? Yeah no.
slsriflecruman87 they would break the wave, with the islands taking most of the blunt force. After the wave would break it would dramatically decrease in size. Damage? Yes! Catastrophic? No. Due to how many miles out the wave would be unlikely to reach more than 10 feet high. That’s after the island, it still has some time to decrease before hitting land. That’s if it even has enough momentum, with the history of tsunamis it’s not likely as it more of a river after the initial wave as oppose to gathering for additional waves of that mass. Just some science if you’re familiar with the Channel Islands that surround Ventura, Santa Barbra and la county.

Extremely nice for being in southern California.. I wouldn't touch it for over 700k.. rather have one further inland with property.. with that said.. California has a run away problem with the housing market.. one reason I've invested in Texas.. California needs put brakes on housing and price them accordingly.. one big reason people have higher percentages of becoming homeless.. in 2013 I went through a divorce which left me almost broke that's to legal system siding with female's.. all worth it.. 2 mil plus home exchange for my kids. Mortgage lenders wouldn't go beyond a garage loan of 400 thousand.. but yet I can lease a home for 35 hundred.. talk about disfunction.. end of story..I bought a new home on 5 acres in texas and since acquired 4 more plus an international vacation home.. not bad for 20k restart.. cant do that in California..
price please i want it amazing place
$9,950,000
@@TriBlendMedia Sold for $9.4 million.
Actually pretty nice. They should tell people some of the challenges. Daily window cleaning means you basically hire a full time window washer. Opening up the back of the house to let sea breeze in means you’ll be buying new electronics every year.....
Back yard there's neighbors, fake grass, waiting for a tsunami.....🧐
Actually the islands off the coast protect us from any drastic changes. The largest tsunami was 1.3 feet
zero privacy from your neighbor
goGREED that will cost another 10 mil
Paradise😎
Nice house. But every few years, the surf gets very large. Flooded out my place once in Seal Beach.
those rocks in your backyard a chock full of tree rats and beach rats . you will need active pest control, just sayin
Really beautiful! Needs some warm colors...Too much white
How much
First
Why so close up together they can just kidnap my chairs
I offer 10000 and u pay closing
Gonna be underwater next week, you're crazy if you think it's worth 10 million...
Actually the islands off the coast protect us from any drastic changes. The largest tsunami was 1.3 feet
yup, never any issues since i been here with your crazy comment lol
Do your research buddy
DREAM HOUSE❤️
Such a beautiful house so close to the neighbors
This design is amazing
Beautiful home
Can u put the house on stilts please? Cool, thanks.
I love this house. I have always wanted a house on the beach.
A work of art! Thank You!
Bet it wouldn’t look that good after a storm surge!
How much?
🌟🌟🏅🏆
Beautiful mansion
what is the music please? :o
My Dream house in my hometown.
Sorry, but if I live on the beach I want to be able to get on the beach, not a bunch of rocks.
I was there on the Toilet it was to cold on my bum
Nice pad
I want it
I want this one

Welcome home 🙏 universe 😁
Will this area become flooded in the not-so-distant future? Serious question
Joachim Vanhauwaert the owner of the house will probably be dead by then.
The hills will be the oceanfront in about 50 years
Probably. I was thinking this too.
+Joachim Vanhauwaert
Don't let the media lie to you with that bullshit.
Yeah, that why they are selling it.
This property will have serious flooding issues within 5-10 years.
I would never buy this property.
Beautiful.
❤️
There's not gonna be any House's if a hurricane would accur in California. Let that sink in before u buy a house next to the beach.
Amazingly pretty, hard to believe the beach is infested w rats
For reals? I go often in the mornings when the tide isnt too high and walk around. I've never seen rats.
@@marthasantiago8286 try going at night
we have no rats in ventura, what you are seeing is squirrels
@@Too-Gq-For-You ground squirrels and rats are not the same looking.probably won't admit the homeless are an issue either.denial fixes nothing and for the taxes the town should be a lot cleaner .nothing wrong with wanting better for everyone
@@disiamtheillusion wait you live in ventura? cuz i have yet to see a rat, homeless is a different issue, but rats arent heard of in ventura, well at least since ive lived here for the past 25 years.
No homeless, no tents, no needles, no thrash, no brown people, no grafitti. There goes the neighborhood.
You've never been to Solimar have you hahaha
Nah...El Nino can visit me any time inside my living room...I will pass....
Who'd buy a house that's going to fall off a cliff?
hahaha its on the beach, where tf is a cliff?
