Nice ocean view and high enough above the beach for privacy. Plenty of sunlight inside this house from big windows without sacrificing privacy and you do not really notice how close it is to the two neighboring houses.

I usually hate the big, ostentatious CA beach mansions, but this isn't that. Its warm and cozy, with a nice variety of wood and stone surfaces that accentuate that warmth. And bravo to whomever decided not to put a pool in. You've got the beach as your backyard, why add the maintenance hassle of a pool in water-starved CA?

The house looks fantastic! In my opinion though the black and white tiled bathroom isn’t the high quality interior design as elsewhere but who knows without a visit...? 👀
I'm from San Francisco and I was kind of thinking the same thing and I dabble in interior design, and it's kind of a throwback to literally Subway tiles being part of the underground Railway. It's a nice juxtaposition to the rest of the house...I think.

LOL oh god. you couldn't pay me to live here. the house is just completely sandwiched between cheaper properties, and they're so close that your neighbors could hawk a loogie on your roof... and zero yard space. there's not enough room to kick a fucking soccer ball let alone stretch your legs. you're just overpaying for a nice view. not remotely worth it...

Perfect location. Proximity to neighbors is not ideal, and it could use a pool for lazy swimming, but it's got good style. The highlight is that fire pit placement.
Not a fan of using the gray, white and black palette but the Designer included some wood tones, stone and brick to give it warmth. Gorgeous place to park my butt and would never want to leave it.
