    HOUSE UPDATE: This home was demolition, I'm unsure when but long enough that a new home is already being built in it's place.

    Hi! I'm a new subscriber. I really enjoy your videos. I really like that you do NOT look in every mirror in the house and say, "What's up guys?" with a peace sign. So many other explorers do that. I really enjoy your tours of the homes you video. You notice the things I would notice if I was touring the house. You video and comment on the same things I would find interesting. I'll be checking back with you, anxious to see more. You do a great job! Thanks so much! 😁

    I enjoyed your presentation and perspective so much, I watched Minnie's last night quite How different. I was in love with the one bedroom down the long hall.
    Seriously my family yells to each other through the house. Could never do that there. I don't think it was wasted space, I do believe it being empty made it had to see the uses. 1 massive chandelier would have done just fine verse 2 tiny tiny was odd. Wonder why the cabinetry and fixtures werent sold off. If it were left bc of money that wouldnt make sense. Bank would auction them items quick to contractors

      @@NoahNowhere it's because the house is so well insulated and stagnant air/ moisture from no HVAC running. The bank really fucked themselves on this one. I wonder if the basement could be filled with cement to salvage the rest of the structure.

    • @yssubed2
      @yssubed2 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      More than likely it was owned by Italians. The basement is where the family would have cooked and largely hung out. The main floor was for show - used at holidays and for guests you wanted to impress. Close family friends would have come to th the basement door.

    It almost looks like they blew the budget on the tile work and had nothing left for lighting so settled on builder grade. None of the lighting or even the mirrors match up with the size and extravagance. And seriously, who puts a bidet that far from the toilet? This was not a very well thought out or finished house. Somebody ran out of money I'm thinking. I would love to hear a builder/designer's take.

    Doesn’t have to flood to produce mold. Some homes foundations aren’t properly constructed and therefore moisture seeps through into the house from the bottom floor up. I’m living in a home where there’s mold under the flooring that you can see. Actually I was disappointed for the price tag it was really generic and cookie cutter with a load of wasted space. Lot of the cosmetics weren’t high price. The basement was the nicest floor of the whole house.

    Opinion = home was built by someone successful who desired his/her parents to live with them hence the two complete homes within a home. Probably from a country where parents commonly resided with their children in later years. It was built into a slope without proper foundation weeping tiles and I did not see one sump pump in the entirety of the basement. Looking out the basement casement windows showed the slope running right down to the outer walls without any swale or french drainage to keep water from running right down and up against the outside walls - a sure recipe for disaster and one that should have been prevented by any competent building inspector visiting the site. Contractor probably gave the guy a bribe to shut his mouth and move on down the road.

    just because it's empty does not mean to someone does not still own it and plans on selling it or fixing it up we don't know the real issues here. you can easily go to the tax assessor's website and find out who owns it then you will know for sure if it is owned by the bank in which it is vacant and in limbo especially with today's issues.
