- Located in a gated community lies this abandoned time capsule mansion. With heavy decay, most of the home is empty, once you pass through the garage, you are greeted with an untouched time capsule!
Everything from, clothes, electronics, furniture, family photos, and even a car have been left behind! while Unknown why the home was abandoned, it sits as a window into the lives of those who once lived here.

HOUSE UPDATE: Believe it it or not, this home has actually been fully renovated and completely cleaned up to be lived in again.

I'm thinking the mold is the very reason they left. The family may have been told their very possessions were contaminated and that's why they were left behind. Great job, great explore thank you once again.

Looks like they left everything in good order but something got inbetween all of their lives abruptly...
Maybe they were victims of the 2011 tsunami... as you stated the dates of the picture around that time!

Dennis F I agree! Could of been visiting their home country and something happened or they could of been living there illegally and got sent back to their country not being able to take any personal items with them back to their native country
One can die by inhaling mold spores (very dangerous). The mold could be why they left; but, since we don't know when they left, it doesn't explain why the computers and pictures and the auto were also abandoned.

If you go away on holiday with family and would get in a fatal accident sadly and die abruptly. Just saying, not all is planned or on purpose sadly.

I'd say deported or evicted since the young girl's room has a lot of books in Japanese (and some very overdue library DVDs).
This is my favorite of the abandoned mansions. Seen it several times and it always amazes me. What happened to the people from the apartment?
Apparently the upstairs was rented out,but they had to leave,because of the mould and damp seen it on freak photography or ridden rider.great video.

That's so sad 😔 how that beautiful house is rotting away like that..
Where did the family go? In cases of black mould, you are supposed to leave it all behind so the insurance will pay. Otherwise, you will transfer black mould to your next residence. There was a famous case in Texas where toxic black mould almost killed a man and left him with mental deficits. (Farmer's Ins. wouldn't let them fix a water leak) and it spread throughout their mansion causing illness. Look it up.
In the US mold is not insured
Possibly the second half of the mansion could have been the hired Nanny or Butler and her or his family living there.

Stash can and grinder in the teen girl's room lol. We've been to a couple of abandoned homes with everything left and we used names we found on letters to figure out what happened.

This is really puzzling me as to why they just up and left! I am sure like some have said maybe it was due to a mold issue but leaving behind pictures and the car even is strange! Idk...

That place looks completely ate up with black. That may be why they had to leave. I heard about a place like this on the news and everything had to be left behind because that black mold infects anything and everything that is porous.
They lost everything they owned and ended up having to burn the house with everything in it.
Could you imagine, having to destroy all your belongings smh their house was a brand new house but, the builders used some bad sheet rock that was infected. By the time the Dr's figured out why the family was getting so sick, one of the kids almost died.

This home has a lot of mold but is NOT old! What is going on up there with the builders?? Seriously something is so wrong with letting these not very old mansions even being built in the first place. And letting them get beyond hope for redemption.

I loved the yellow house below the mansion. That much care for a lovely place like that was probably built for a daughter and the grandchildren. That's my guess.
It's sad how they left photos and other items behind but maybe the mold had gotten to those things also. The mold growth was in strange random areas.... So weird. I saw some of my other favorite explorers there which was an added bonus.
I was surprised to see the cheap cabinets in the kitchen
About ten years ago I was moving and after we left the old house situations prevented us from moving into our new home, we were forced to squat in a vacant condo and we stored our cars in another vacant condo. That could be why the car is there.
In the state i live in if someone had purchased the condo we were storing in we would have lost as it was considered part of the property. I damn near lost my 1969 Camaro.
Lion Witch and Wardrobe mansion. Only 1 thing only comes to mind deportation! You give a different perspective to a mystery mansion, it looks like a bed n breakfast with a living area which kinda looks like like wedding reception area.
The family was most likely Japanese due to the school uniform. Thank you for keeping the identity of the family safe. They do not like to be shown on camera sometimes
Asian families often share their homes with multiple generations of their family which could explain the size of this house. They probably left the country never to return for unknown reasons but they had a lot of money! The art was really cool. If that ' jade bar' is genuine that is not cheep!

WOW! I got a creepy vibe from this house! Who leaves without their lap tops? Like they set down their drinks, walked out, and dropped off the map! The luggage was still in the closet too!!! Spooky!👻👽🧟♂️

This home was more likely abandoned do to mold issues. They more likely salvaged what personal belongings they had without mold on it and was coverd through insurance for the rest. Just my opinion. I dont think this family had died. With that much mold in that short period of time is very possible why it abandoned.
At least I'm praying for the family still to be alive 🙏
I wonder if the house was beginning to show mold infestation and the occupants were forced to abandon it without risking taking anything with them. What a terrible loss to these people, having to up and leave and not be able to take anything with them for fear of contaminating a future home.
This is exactly what I thought too… a declared biohazard forced to leave everything behind.

Good video, so strange with those tight long hallways and empty rooms. Maybe family closed down a halfway house or something and had to flee from prosecution.
Could've been forced out due to bankruptcy and not had enough time to get everything out? I've seen plenty of bankruptcy properties full of or partially full of things they couldn't sneak out.
It’s in way worse condition then the last time I saw it explored! Hope you go through the garage to the very large apartment on the other side! Can’t wait to see if you find it! The last guy almost didn’t!!
Oh and I think there was a REALLY large bird stuck in the main house. He couldn’t get the doors open to let it out, they were locked and he couldn’t open. He left some window or doors or something open but apparently there was a terrible smell when another guy he knew went to explore it.

That was amaizing thanks for your hard work. I couldn't help but notice that at 4:50 just after you leave the sun room there was what appeared to be a hallway that curved. Though it wasn't all to noticable I'm wondering if you explored it and if yes what did you find?

kittykat 78 I agree but if it too has black mold in it everything has to be left behind or destroyed. 🙁 we had black mold form in an old house we bought to remodel and in some areas of the house was black mold newly forming and we were told by the people that tested it for us that it spreads very quick and once on personal belongings even if wiped off it could still form back due to mold spores still being on the items and you can pack it back into where you now live. It’s a very scary situation and that type of mold can even be deadly.

So creepy but such a cool time! I would say they left because of the mold but why leave the car, and family photos and electronics....In that case I could see leaving furniture and clothing but not that stuff.

For sure. No electricity probably. Take a small screwdriver set, takes about 45 seconds to grab a hard drive.
Those paintings are dupes of classic paintings by other artist. Maybe the owner was selling replicas they painted?

To me it looks as if part of the house went abandoned prior to when the house went abandoned. The car really confuses me as well.

Very possible indeed!
Once black mold strikes, you have no choice but to leave and start over the scratch. You can't take anything with you but the clothes on your back and even those have to be thrown away asap. It's very unfortunate.
What year was it abandoned?

This wouldn’t surprise me if it was a health issue, ppl getting sick and upon inspection black mold was found in the walls and ceiling’s. Black mold is such an invasive thing and you cannot get rid of it cheaply or completely and save the house. Im guessing this is an insurance writeoff and biohazard with everything left behind including car in the garage. The amount of mold present and decay, tells me that house was rotting before being abandoned.

Nothing against Asians, but this is probably the fourth or fifth video I've seen of an abandoned house where everything was left behind, and the owners were obviously Asian. This is really odd!
I venture to guess at least the family residing in the part with the possession left behind left to visit family back home. Perhaps they had to stay there &/or couldn't return to Canada due to some immigration or employment issue.
Looked to be a multiple family dwelling with several generations living there. Almost like some sort of duplex. Thought the glass breezeways were weird. The layout was rather confusing to be a single family home.

They probably went back to there home country due to emergency family etc and never came back they probably still own the house but just forgot they look like they have money
